The service was EXCELLENT! The room was clean! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy! A perfect 10! I will stay here every time I come to Rome. Also the location was great. Beautiful terrace entrance. Great cappuccino, espresso and pastries for breakfast and most important is that they give back by donating to people with disabilities!

We loved our stay at the Albergo Etico Roma in September 2019. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even suggesting dinner locations and gelato stops we had to make. (I definitely recommend asking the lovely gentleman at the desk about the local gelato shop and local Roman restaurant - both a five minute walk from the hotel.) They helped give us some information about the area we were staying in and what we had to do in our 36 hours in Rome. We love the mission of the hotel also and really enjoyed the time we spent with the employees. The shower was amazing and the room was so clean & modern and we really loved all of the decor. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Keep up the amazing work. You should be so proud of yourselves for doing something so great.

Very nice location with lovely people. We highly recommend this place! We had a big room, very tidy, and near the Metro and the City!
The breakfast was also very good!

Our stay was really good. Everything was new and clean, therefore we really have nothing to complain about. You can have a coffe or breakfast, minibar in the room and the prices are fair.
