Excellent option for staying in Rome. Me and my adult son walked from the Termini just 10 minutes away, 15 or so minutes to Colosseum. Balcony is nice. Breakfast was especially good, varied and a great value for the price.

The hotel is situated in the center of Rome, actually nice location with work wifi. BUT, there is a huge and (apparently long lasting) construction right next up the hotel rooms, it is crazy loud in the very early morning, the sleeping quality drops to zero. And they don't tell you this in the communication which is not very honest in our opinion. One must avoid this hotel if you want to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed and breakfast makes for a cozy home base for some sightseeing at a good price.

The room is clean, there is a good tv and the shower has really nice pressure and temperature. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had nice coffee, it was not very elaborate but good enough to get the day started.

The hotel was located in a very convenient spot, close to a gorgeous church and within walking distance of a lot of other sightseeing spots!

I do recommend taking earplugs for your stay, as the neighbourhood can be a little noisy at night with the window open, but that's my experience with most hotels.

The location is perfect and the owners are incredibly sweet, we had an issue come up during our stay and they were incredibly accomodating and helpful - I cannot overstate this!

The room is very comfortable and clean, and very good breakfast. The location is great: walking distance from main touristic places, from Termini and from the Metro. And the most important, Mario the owner, ready to give all the useful information you may need!

Bed and breakfast. 4 rooms with bathroom. No bidet... Good position: 10 minutes on foot from Fori. Subway stop is also near.Breakfast is made for you in the morning and you can make your snack in the afternoon. Common fridge in the common room (hall/kitchen). Hotel keepers and room maids are very kind.

Stayed for two days the host was very friendly helped with the places to visit and also itinerary. It's 5mins walk from colessium and the main metro station. Rooms were clean and spacious with double bed.
