The hotel is very central with easy access to the metro. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - fantastic communication and they go the extra mile to provide info about the surrounding area and to check to make sure all is well. The room was comfortable - only issue may be that the shower is small so might be challenging for larger people. The water pressure was fine and the room/bathroom were very clean. Bonus is the “help yourself” bar with coffee, small snacks and juices available. Overall, an excellent place that I’d definitely recommend to friends.

Wonderful hotel! Centrally located, private bathroom, clean room, comfortable bed, free coffee and biscotti. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Hotel was in the best possible location ever. And very nice that you can use a bar with coffee/juice/cookies 24/7. Very clean and thoughtful hotel, provided you a bottle to fill the tap water, enough towels, sleeping mask. Personnel was not at the hotel all the time but they were very reachable and helpful and helped to do a checkin outside usual checkin hours. However, the noise isolation was not the best, two mornings I woke up because if the voices in the hotel inside. Also, the toilet and around was too cold and wet all the time. Lastly, one day workers were putting a russian music in the hotel lobby which I found a bit strange, especially of the war happening right now. In my opinion, hotel should put some neutral music in the italian hotel. Also checkout could be a bit later.

This hotel was simply amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in this hidden little gem. The communication and customer service was second to none with regular updates, helpful hints and information throughout my stay from before I arrived to my departure. Nothing was too much trouble for them and honestly my whole trip was such a delight from start to finish. The hotel is in such a great central location and the rooms are clean and modern with everything you need. I look forward to staying here again!

From begging to end it was a perfect experience. We are beyond happy with our choice to stay at this accommodation. The team at the reception is very organized, attentive and caring. The room was clean, AC was working well, location allowed us to do everything walking and the hotel has complementary water, coffee and little juices which was of great help when staying for more than 2 days. When coming to Rome we will definitely stay here again as long as the service quality is maintained. Thank you

We loved this hotel! Our hosts were so helpful and friendly and turned us on to a fantastic restaurant! It was clean, always had coffee, drinks, and snacks available , and a perfect location midway between the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Easy to get to everything. We will be back for sure😊

Good hotel, everything super clean and a friendly staff. Everything was on point, having Nespresso machines, fast wifi access points and a super comfy bed. I would select it again in the future.

The hotel is pretty well located, clean and the rooms are really comfortable.
But most of all, the staff is really great and will do everything to make sure you are having a good stay.

Excellent! I was in march of 2013 and it was super cozy. Well heated, breakfast excellent and staff super warm!

The room was recently and nicely renovated. Impeccably cleaned. Soundproof windows. Excellent and friendly service. Located near Rome's center and next door to the metro A. Super fast free Google wifi. Good coffee and pastries. Unassuming entrance yet beautiful modern interior in a 16th century building.

The receptionist was excellent! He was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. We are very pleased with our staying. The hotel was sweet and cozy. We are highly recommend it !
