Great location, bare-bones accommodations that is adequate for a budget-conscious traveler for a night or two if you are not planning on spending much time in the room. The room has a full bathroom, shower, bed, closet, a tiny (not smart) TV, and balcony. The location is great as it is a couple blocks over from Roma Termini (the main train station that goes directly to the airport and lies on tons of public transit routes), is right next to a bunch of shops/restaurants, and is walking distance to the Colosseum. Staff is very friendly and check-in was easy.

The biggest complaint is the bed, which consisted of two twin-sized mattresses squeezed together on the same bed frame rather than a single king-sized mattress. Additionally, the mattresses had no support and one of them had a significant sag/dent, which was not very comfortable.

The toiletries (soap, shower gel/shampoo) were also extremely cheap and inadequate. A couple packets of shower gel/shampoo combo were provided, which is not enough to wash your hair for multiple guests.

Staff was kind and friendly, also very accommodating! The rooms were clean. And I also liked how it was in Termini, as it has access to the train and metro stations!

The hotel’s location is very close to the central station, which made getting around convenient.

However, the rooms felt quite old and worn out, and the beds were not comfortable. Hygiene overall could have been better, as the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations.

That said, the staff were helpful and did their best to assist us during our stay, which we appreciated.

A little gem ,very clean and fresh . Had a great stay . Staff very nice and helpful, good pillows and beds. All very comfortable Beautiful decor bathrooms have been upgraded. I would recommend this to anyone it's close to everywhere you want to see. Don't hesitate about booking here.

We had a great stay during the four nights in Rome. The room is clean. A bit small but enough for 2 to pass the night over.
The service was great! The girl even gave us her umbrella when we were leaving on the rainy day.
The location is also very nice and easy yo move around. Recommended.

Albergo Millerose siete degli stronzo e dei rapinati.
Mi avete imbroguato con la fattura!
The service was a mess! They mess up big time with my payment. I ended paying double. The refuse to transfer my money back. Please watch out for them!
Alles war in Ordnung nur die Rechnung nicht. Die habe ich 2 mal bezahlt.

I had a last minute overnight stay and needed a hotel. Hotel Millerose is great. Close walk to Termini and other sights. Great places to eat nearby.

First of all its not a hotel. Its a bad version of pension. We found the room not clean with a very bad smell like something burnt. When you enter the building you see the rubbish and the. The beds are metal and very old and the bed was making a lot of noise.
