A small but well-equipped, well-serviced, conveniently located, and affordable guesthouse. The experience was great, although sometimes it was hard to find the owner or the door (the entrance is very small). Once you do find it, you'll find a handsome and friendly Italian guy. Located near the Vatican, it's within walking distance of the Vatican City and City of Angels, and convenient for dining and shopping.

The hotel owner is very helpful and pleasant, and the location is excellent with easy access to almost all the attractions in Rome. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The towels had hair from the previous guest, and the toilet hadn’t been flushed.

Excellent location ! As a so female traveler I feel very safe in the area. And it’s close to shuttle buses to airport and from the airport.
Mike has been helpful and friendly.
The amenities are bit outdated though and my shower head was broken.
Another drawback is they don’t change towels everyday( every three days they do)
Overall pleasant experience.

Great location, room overlooking the courtyard, quiet from the street, but easily audible from the adjacent room near the shower, which wasn't a problem. The room has everything you need, plus a nice bonus: cupcakes and a capsule coffee machine with a couple of capsules. They don't refill the capsules during housekeeping.

The location is convenient, very close to the Vatican, with many restaurants nearby and a bus stop close by, offering frequent bus services to places like the Colosseum; the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable; Michele and Fabio provided excellent service! They responded very quickly!

I arrived at the downstairs of this so-called hotel at the appointed time, but no one answered the doorbell. It took me a long time to call before they came. I stayed for three nights, and the front desk was only seen on the day I left. Towels were not changed in three days, and toilet paper and shower gel were not replenished. The room was poorly soundproofed, and I was constantly disturbed by the crying children of the family next door at night. On the second night, the alarm in room 9 went off loudly at midnight, and it has not been repaired. It's a mess. Ctrip, you are just cheating your old customers. Can you tell me how this 4.7 rating was obtained?

Michele and Fabio are super friendly. Fabio let me charge my phone when I come back to pick up
my luggage before I leave and helped me get a taxi to the train station. Good people!

After booking the hotel, they contacted me right away and even gave me detailed directions to the hotel, so the service was excellent from the start! After arriving, Michele also told me about a nearby place to eat breakfast, so it was a very nice and helpful hotel ^^ It's also close to the Vatican, so I recommend this hotel even if you have to line up in the morning! Thank you! They will ask you about your arrival time, but unlike Japanese hotels, where you can just open the door and go to the hotel lobby, you need to have the apartment entrance opened for you, and the hotel staff will be waiting for you near the entrance at that time, so it's best to be as accurate as possible when telling them your arrival time.

Michele is a very nice person, extremely enthusiastic and responsible. Our experience here was great! The hotel is very safe. There is a direct bus from Fiumicino Airport to the hotel. At the same time, it is very close to the major attractions in Vatican City and it is also very convenient to go to the center of Rome! Excellent!

The location is great, a 10-minute walk from the Vatican Basilica. The price is right and there is a bus to the airport 10 minutes away.
