Hotel was 20 mins walk to colosseum.
2 mins walk to Rome Termini
Hotel clean
No kettle but a fridge if needed
Shower was cold but they changed a part on it but didn't make much of a difference but had tried.

Was nice to stay for a few nights

The location was excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from Termini Station. The front desk staff were very friendly and even explained how to get to attractions like the Colosseum on a map, and recommended some great spots. They also happily stored our suitcases before check-in and after check-out. The only thing that concerned me was getting bug bites, possibly from mites, though I'm not sure if it was related to the bed. That was the only downside.

The location is good and the room was nice too.
But one of the staff was quite rude.
I called to the reception to ask the spelling of wifi password, and the staff said come down to the reception and see the spelling.
She was yelling at the phone like ITS GIRASOLAE!!! IT’S AN EASY WORD!!!!
How would I know if it is an easy word if I’m not an Italian speaker????
And the staff’s first language was not English, and the pronunciation was not accurate unfortunately. So I couldn’t know if the spelling is G or J, R or L!!
She could just say the spelling or put the password in the room rather than yelling or arguing. That was so easy thing for her to do.
The other staff was really nice and I satisfied the room in general, but will not visit this place ever again.

The fridge, power outlets, and USB ports were a great convenience. However, the water pressure for the hot water was weak, and the temperature was quite low, around 38℃, which made it feel very cold. Compared to Japanese hotels, the amenities were practically non-existent. On the plus side, the location is excellent, being very close to the station.

Pro:
Clean / hot water supply
Room size is enough

Cons:
Blanket seems to be dirty, but still acceptable
Blanket is really thin, so damn cold during winter
The air cons and heater not working at all
Noise would be very obvious at night, u can clearly hear what the next room is talkin

I was initially afraid as the reviews were quite bad although it was rated 8/10. However, the hotel is nothing like the reviews at all! I was fortunate enough to stay in the renovated rooms and it was better than whatever the negative reviews have said! the showers were clean, bed was comfortable and even had a mega samsung tv for u to netflix and chill if you want. Many reviews say the lady was rude but i had no encounter of this at all! The guy was very friendly and overall i love the hotel environment as it was clean and safe! The restaurant beside the hotel is owned by the same owner i believed and they have good food there! Though indeed there isnt a signboard to locate the hotel, it is not hard to find. Just have to locate the restaurant and the door is literally next to the door of the restaurant with a A4 paper pasted on the door! Overall, i am super satisfied!

You will be hugely disappointed if you book based on the photos they display on their website. There is not even a proper name board displayed which was a night mare to figure out its location . They charge £100/night but won’t provide even handwash in washroom . No basic amenities . You could stay in a better place for the amount you pay for this “ HOSTEL “.
Definitely it is “NOT “ palace
