We stayed here for three nights and discovered bed bugs in the bed on the morning we were leaving. We documented it with photos and reported it immediately. This was disgusting, stressful, and unacceptable. Bed bugs are not a minor inconvenience — they are a serious health and sanitation issue. After returning home, we had to keep our belongings in bags and take extra precautions with our clothing and luggage because of the risk of bringing them into our home. The way this was handled was just as bad as the discovery itself. The host was dismissive, offered an inadequate refund, blamed us for the bed bugs, and claimed the room had been sanitized the day before our arrival “as a precaution.” That explanation did not inspire confidence and only raised more serious concerns. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that other travelers think carefully before booking here.

Unfortunately the room I was given had bed bugs, which I discovered when I woke up after being bitten, I called the owner who said there was nothing he could do until the morning, and suggested I tried to find somewhere else, as it was 1:30am I didn't feel safe leaving so sat in the hallway until the morning. The next day I was offered a different room, however as you can not see bed bugs until its dark I didn't want to risk another sleepless night. I was not offered a refund, and after a lot of confusion during the day with trying to find alternative accommodation through Trip.com I eventually had to book somewhere else myself. Trip.com have since given me some tokens that I can spend elsewhere, it was a very disappointing and stressful time, I hope that other guests do not have the same experience as me 😞

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfasts were fully stocked daily with plenty of options. We were in a great location right outside the vatican walls.

Unfortunately, this place is infested with bed bugs. We thought that the red spots on the skin were mosquitoe bites. Upon returning home, our son needed medical care for the bug bites. Otherwise, this place is centrally located near the Vatican City. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I hope they do something about the bed bugs.

A very central place to stay in Rome. The area is safe and clean. The bus is near by. Our room had no garden or courtyard view but a view of the boundary wall. The room was on the ground floor without any provision to keep flies and mosquitoes away, so, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. We asked for gluten-free products for breakfast and we received them. The staff is very helpful.

The room was small but comfortable and perfectly adequate for two people. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the bus stop, making it easy to reach the center of Rome. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was decent, though not spotless. Breakfast was quite minimal; I was hoping for a bit more variety to enjoy in the morning. Overall, it was a nice and convenient place to stay for my first trip to Rome.

The location is very good, everything is very clean, the bed is a little hard, for sleeping, the rest is great, the breakfast a little too small and simple
