Disgusting! A waste of Money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It’s a Scam! This is NOT a 4 Star Hotel. Very Dirty. Their Toilet is so disgusting and the shower is full of stains.

I can’t imagine that such Hotel is in Rome. Never trust what they posted on their Website. It’s a total scam! It’s not clean! Lots of broken furnitures, tainted lights, minibar not working and the toilet cover OMG! 🤮🤢

Rooms clean and tidy. Hair dryers are bit old, along with shower batteries. Food is good. Neighbourhood really peaceful.

Very pleasant stay in the hotel. Comfortable room and toilet. Breakfast buffet was ok. Though hot water for tea pr coffee not available in the room. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Located in a peaceful, residential area.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry. The restaurant staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I couldn't even get a proper acknowledgment from them. Good luck getting room service (phones weren't working). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I left without any service and hungry. I wish I were overreacting, but it’s truly not worth booking here when you can at least be acknowledged as a human elsewhere.

I don’t think there’s anything good to say about this Hotel. The sad thing is we have to stay here again on the end of our tour.
Rooms are beyond awful no coffee making facilities it says it’s a four star we came from a 4 1/2 star and there is absolutely no comparison. The beds are beyond uncomfortable. The room is so outdated the bathrooms yuck the breakfast has not been great very greasy very little choice. As mentioned, we are on a tour. We had no choice to have this hotel, but it wouldn’t be on our bucket list.

Bathroom had mold in grout of tiles in the bathroom. Also some grout on outside of shower was crumbling. NO ICE! I know European hotels don't have ice as available as American hotels - but you couldn't get ice even if you would pay for it! Ihad to walk 10 min (each way) to buy ice. Breakfast had bacon that would chip your tooth and runny eggs. It is so far outside of city center it isn't even on the Rome map! First we walked 10 min then took sub way.

This was my second time at this hotel.
I was there last year and everything was fine.
This year, there was a crack in the window and a few other things that we didn't like.

The staff is very friendly, and the parking is excellent. It seems like a good hotel for travelers who rent a car. However, Wi-Fi access is rarely available on higher floors. If you're using a laptop for video conferencing, you'll likely have to connect from the first-floor lobby. Therefore, it would be nice to see improvements to the facilities for business travelers.
