Exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, allowing you to walk all over Rome. Although the room and the hotel restaurant are small, they are very clean, and the facilities are sufficient (the shower is tiny, so tall or large guests should take note). I loved the floor-to-ceiling window/door. The European breakfast was quite good, with freshly ground coffee from the machine. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions. It might get a bit stuffy in the summer, but early April was perfect.

Wall noise insulation is not perfect
Furniture needs a little bit attendance (a screw driver fixes it all)
In-room Safe was not fixed for three days.
Breakfast acceptable but could be better.

It's about 500-600 meters to the train station, easily walkable. Breakfast is on the top floor with nice views. Overall, it's clean and safe, with an old-fashioned style to the facilities. This is my second time staying here.

Nicely located, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooftop breakfast restaurant. Plenty of restaurants nearby and short walking distance to Roma Termini.

Close to the airport shuttle and train station, about a 5-minute walk. The facilities are a bit old but very well-maintained. The staff are professional.

How can be this hotel to be a Forster so Dirty never seen this kind Forrester Hotel . Look at the shower room door I even didn’t take shower there

Hotel costs in Rome are high, and this hotel is within my budget, but that shows in the facilities. The air conditioning was weak, which could be a problem during hot summers. Other things were average, and I can’t complain much about a hotel with complimentary breakfast—not to mention its perfect location near Termini.

The most utter and disgusting place I have ever been to in my whole life this place has worms in the bed and left me with bites from whatever creatures are crawling inside that bed. I’m assuming it’s bedbugs all over my body. I complained to Management and their reaction made me feel as if they already know their hotel is infested with bedbugs. I shown them pictures of the creatures I found inside the mattress and they said you can email Management or call them in the morning so then realise they don’t open until 3 pm. I have to travel at 1 o’clock in the morning to find a different hotel which cost me another €200 And then to find out the hotel would only give me a 10% refund which was €7 which is disgusting as I only stayed in the hotel for two hours which allowed me a shower in their disgusting and dirty filthy mould infested bathroom. I have never in my life experienced such a dirty, nasty horribleplace of accommodation in my life and will never ever ever use Trip.com or this establishment of her again.

Friendly staff with good customer service experience. Hotel is walking distance to the coliseum and the train and bus station. Multiple eateries and restaurants around the hotel.
