We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Raphael. The location is perfect for exploring Rome's main sites with the Colosseum and Vatican being within walking distance.
The room was large, clean and had plenty of storage.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Giving 4 stars rather than 5 due to the limited vegan options at breakfast. Also no allergens/ingredients are displayed on the buffet breakfast items to be able to try and work out which food items may be vegan. As a Vegetarian hotel it would be great if there was more options for vegans who chose to stay.

Hotel is in a great location and easy walk to all the star locations, including 25 walk to Vatican. Breakfast is wonderful with a harpist playing. Delicious food but vegetarian. Wonderful rooftop bar. A bit pricy for our stay but not much more than other places so delta was small. Staff was wonderful.

A very pleasant experience
Our stay at the hotel was almost perfect, except for an incident at the TV room where a single individual was speaking loud in his i-phone for one hour and turned the volume of the TV off while I was watching a program. I complained at the reception but no action was taken. Only after the said individual left, someone came and offered to turn on the volume, but it was too late. The program I was interested in had ended half an hour earlier.
The ambience at breakfast time with the harp player was especially pleasant and even quite relaxing. Both artists were real professional and their repertory was excellent. Congratulations to them.

Very clean and comfortable, with a balcony where you can see the yachts on the sea and the mountains.

Amazing hotel very close to piazza Navona, great room full of amenities and spectacular breakfast! The terrace is pretty incredible, highly recommended!

The Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.
