Location: in the region of Liguria, in the Empire resort, 200 m from the train station. The airport of Villanova Clemente Panero (ALL) - 20.6 km from the hotel.

Consists of a 5-storey building.

Beach: private, sandy, 200 m from the hotel, the third coastline. Beach service ( 2 deckchairs and 1 umbrella per room for two) included in the following periods: 07.06-28.06 and 23.08-13.09. The rest of the time (28.06-23.08), beach service for a fee.

Very nice Hotel, well situated 5min walking from the beach. It offers a stunning view on the sea. Rooms are outdated but it goes well with the ambiance of the city. Bathroom is very small and could be refurbished, but it is doable for a few days stay. Staff is very gentle and careful.

Old hotel but very clean and with a sea view room, or rather a spectacular harbor view. Kind and always available staff. Convenient and covered parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast just enough. We will be back

We stayed here many years ago and it was the most pathetic place we have ever experienced. Unfriendly owner, rude staff, pitiful breakfast, quite embarrassing actually: one stale bun and some look warm brownish water to pass for coffee but brought to the table by a “waiter”, mind you. It really felt like these people took no pride in what they were doing. Absolutely abysmal. From the owner’s replies to some of these comments I can tell not much has changed. I actually feel sorry for them. I wish them well but much, much has to improve.

Comfortable and convenient Hotel in relation to convenience/price. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Beautiful view of the harbor from the rooms overlooking the sea. Perfect for weekend and short periods

These people steal!

The personnel stole our clothes from the room, but denied everything. They were the only ones with a key to be able to access the room. They also made a vague promise they would pay us the value of the clothes but that never happened... We had to declare the theft with the police. Don't go there!

Location of a hotel is great. Rooms are really bad, especially those who are located into street side because the noise is horrible. We asked personnel to change it, but the administration avoided contact with us and changed it into the same side room. The breakfast (as a group member) were really poor. Others had a chance to choose while we were seated and had bread and cheese on the table. Coffee was just a color. We'll never come back here

Food not enough and qualitative quite weak, I have no idea at what time the hotel was built or has been renovated but the room decor itself indicates that it was quite a long time, there was no hot water in one room and we asked someone to take care of it, so the manager decided to page a cleaner, because the plumber would take too much for the repair, I am convinced that in this money compartment you can find a more convenient hotel with better conditions and the service with the better support, also I could say some + about this hotel - when we have some storm I have just put my t-shirt on windowsill and as you might no It flew, so I ask service (actually It was lady, she has brown hair and It's the nicest person i have seen in this place) and she gave my It back from the ground
