A lovely way to see a small mountainside Italian village. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Beware that the drive up to this village practically requires beta blockers - the roads are INCREDIBLY narrow and winding, in a charming but terrifying way.

Interesting property with lots of history
I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else.
The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more.
Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better explained in an initial email before arriving. We blocked the road by mistake.
No elevator, for whoever may need that. We were fine.
Just would have liked to love it 100%

The staff is extremely kind and always available to help and give tips about local activities. The facility is absolutely stunning, very clean and in a cozy little village. The SPA is definitely worth trying. Vezzano Ligure is in a great location, very quiet and only 20 mins drive from La Spezia, Lerici and Sarzana. We had a great time!

Vezzano is a deserted town, where it seems that almost no one lives because no one is around. Despite this it is incredibly difficult to find a parking space: where will everyone be? The only positive note is the Osteria Le Pietre restaurant. The hotel has well-kept rooms. The parking is only for a few cars, so it's a sort of lottery... well!... will it be difficult to reserve spaces for all the rooms? Who can ever go to Vezzano without a car?? Breakfast managed in a good way, with packaged products apart from the cakes (good): but if you arrive late, there is little left...I heard myself say: I'm sorry but everyone had breakfast early this morning...I didn't know it was a competition to see who could arrive first !…well….

The hotel has good facilities and affordable price. The hotel room was cleaned. It locates in an old town which has its charm. The receptionists speak English and were well welcomed us but unfortunately, the time we arrived (around 6pm) the spa and wellness centre were closed after 6pm and the next day it won’t be open neither! Apparently it needed a reservation in advance. So we basically didn’t get to enjoy what it has to offer. It was also hard to find a restaurant around. All restaurants in the area were closed, we had to drive to several restaurants to find the one that was opened. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard. The price includes buffet breakfast and it was good. They served several kinds of things (salty & sweet). Staffs were nice and helpful. If you have low budget and love an adventure then I would recommended because it’s worth for every $$ spent! 👍👍
