Booked for 5night, my flight got interrupted and show up on the second night after 8. Call the owner and he hang up on me cause he can't speak English. Try to call him couple more time and he didn't pick up. So i show up the next day, he told me my booked is cancel and he booked my room to someone else and fail to refund my money. How can you fully pay the hotel and if you don't come for the first 2 nite they will cancel your reservation and book it to someone else and didn't give me back for the rest of the night i was suppose to stay. He have no intention to help and just tell me to call expedia.

The review refers to an unpleasant episode that occurred before departure. I booked a 2 night stay over the phone. The manager, the day before, contacted me to tell me that there was no more availability on the days booked. I found myself in difficulty, with the departure scheduled for the following day. I had to book in the evening at a new hotel, with the risk of not finding one.
Lack of professionalism and lack of respect towards guests. Therefore, I recommend not trusting the owner and requesting a paper confirmation of the reservation.

Mr. Vito was very kind. He also helped me with a free transfer to get my luggage to the property. The guesthouse is very charming, the rooms are new and comfortable. The location is excellent: central, bar downstairs, several restaurants also in agreement nearby. I really enjoyed it!
