The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine sense of hospitality were evident at every moment, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special mention goes to Mrs Speziale, who graciously upgraded us to a room with a better view as soon as it became available during our stay, a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. The concierge team was also outstanding, managing to secure tables in fully booked restaurants and arranging a driver for us even at the very last minute.

The spa was another highlight: impressively spacious and perfectly designed for complete relaxation. We also loved the various areas dedicated to rest and leisure, including the swimming pool and the beach club. Everything seems carefully planned to ensure that guests can fully enjoy themselves, even over several days.

Breakfast was remarkable, generous, varied, and delicious. Fresh watermelon juice, chocolate fondants, focaccia, and many other options made every morning a real pleasure.

The only minor drawback was the payment policy: the room had to be prepaid by card over the phone to confirm the booking, unlike other hotels where paying on-site is possible. Still, this small inconvenience was far outweighed by the overall quality of the service and the thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable.

Excellent hotel in all aspects. The setting is beyond gorgeous. The service was top notch. The breakfast was expansive. The spa was state of the art and included in your stay. Don't miss this place!

Absolutely fabulous place! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Room was spacious with two bathrooms and a terrace, plus some lovely treats left in our room on a daily basis. Breakfast was so delicious and abundant - fresh juice and fruits, hot buffet, cheeses, meats and breads. And the view! Stunning. I didn’t want to leave!

Amazing experience and luxury hotel - starting from lobby, room, spa and beach club. Everyone there was so helpful and yes for everything we ask during our stay. I should mention Lorena was amazing and always was there for help with her team and she is in particular made our stay unique and enjoyable.

I cannot say enough good things about the Grand Hotel Victoria. From the immaculately kept grounds; beautiful lush hydrangeas, wonderful pool, exceptional restaurants, to the staff. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and made me and my fiancé feel right at home. We had several hiccups with travel along to and from Como and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destinations safely and smoothly. To travelers: do check out the local gelato spot that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel (pro-tip: get the pistachio) and the restaurant “Dal Tato” for some amazing Italian food.

Where do I start? Grand Hotel Victoria, you have made a lasting impression on our hearts. Everything from the food, the cleanliness, the architecture, the attention to detail…. But most of all, the people. The staff at GVH is unlike any other. A HUGE thank you to Martina and Luca (with the mustache 😉) for always being so gracious and helpful. We stayed at the Grand Hotel Victoria in July 2025. The hotel was renovated recently, and they spared no expense. Our room had a mountain, pool, and lake view. It was modest in size, but not small and very clean and well appointed. The spa is fantastic with incredible steam rooms, a large pool, different saunas, showers, cold room and cold immersion areas. It's a massive spa area that you can use even without booking spa services. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage, so don't skip it if you like a relaxing massage or facial. The outdoor pool is beautiful and we had no issue getting a bed or chairs each day. The restaurant is phenomenal, with excellent food and service and indoor and outdoor seating all with a view of Lake Como. In fact it was one of the better dining experiences we had in Italy.
