Just returned from a five night stay at the Palazzo Artemide in Ortigia. Fabulously restored building with superb service in the best possible location. Loved taking breakfast (a very rich hot and cold buffet) on the terrace on Piazza Minerva. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was top notch (apart from the strange choice of a cream carpet on the landings!) and housekeeping was excellent, even topping up the water level in our lavazza machine! Fresh bed linen and towels daily and whilst the bathroom was rather small it was very well appointed and the marble tiling was simply beautiful. Highly recommended.

It’s a beautiful hotel and good location. The staff are friendly. I’d like to stay again. Thank you so much for upgrading the room. We could stay very comfortable.

The room was always clean and bed sheets changed regularly. The staff very helpful and accommodating. We haven’t tried breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet area right behind the duomo! The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to ask for advice during a train strike. The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. Even with a balcony that opened onto the palazzo, there was no noise at night. Would definitely return!

Wonderful experience. Warm and knowledgable staff made us feel at home. Great location near all major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was exceptional

This hotel is really a gem. It is close to all attraction, the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us is an automatic light that was turning on at night from the mini bar station in the room on your way to the bathroom. The staff was really helpful and deactivated that light when ask. To access the hotel with a car it is tricky because you have to drive in a narrow pedestrian type of street. That being said it is very well explained by the staff and easy after you didn't once. I would recommend that hotel. We liked it so much that we decided to stay one more night.

Beautifully restored palazzo right next to the Duomo. Very well appointed rooms and a wonderful breakfast on the Piazza Artemide. We loved it all.

What made our stay here the most memorable was the outstanding service. This includes the reception, housekeeping, breakfast and bar. Also, the quality of the room and location are excellent. Will recommend highly!!!

Fantastic location and modern hotel
The negatives was parking it was extremely stressful to get the vehicle to the hotel
The other issue I had there was a tip included in the final invoice this should not be done. Should you wish to tip it should be seperate and an amount of your choosing
