A very cozy small hotel, I felt like staying at a friend’s home. The room was spacious, staff was friendly. Best located for exploring Palermo. With a walking distance to the central station and all attractions of the city. Recently renovated.
Liked: staff and service, cleaness, property condition, breakfast, location, working AC, amenities. Friendly and helpful staffs made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train...
The hotel is very well located, close to the action but quiet. The staff were very nice and the breakfast excellent. The drawbacks were the air conditioning which was very inconsistent and the smell of sewers in the room which did dispel if the bathroom fan ran continuously.
Good location, friendly staff, quality breakfast, good restaurants nearby
Very convenient, clean and spacious hotel in the heart of Palermo with excellent service! Breakfast area and the quality of food and beverages was superb!
A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina.

The room was spotless and the staff was attentive to our needs. They were very helpful whenever we asked questions.
When we did the check in, two young lady and gentleman at reception were friendly, which made us feel welcome. However, we had a plane to get and booked a shuttle to airport at 3:30am, the brown guy who charged at night was SUPER RUDE AND MEAN. He dropped one of the breakfast bags (he saw me already took one suitcase and a handbag, but still gave me three breakfast packs). The yogurt was broken and...

Family vacation Hotel is old and in need of repair and cleaning. Room was clean but evidence of mold above shower head. Mattresses are memory foam with memory beyond useful wear. Breakfast was very disappointing. Location was excellent.
Old property that is very quaint and unique. Perfect for a stay in the heart of the historic district. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return!
Very nice hotel in the center of Palermo, spacious and clean room.

It’s a nice hotel close to ports . It’s a small boutique hotel . We stayed on top floor which was roomy and spacious
Totally lovely hotel with outstanding cafe. Giovanna’s attention also wonderful food she deserves a raise in pay
very nice hotel for a stay. Great location !
Friendly efficient staff,breakfast was lovely.
Fridge not working. Weak aircon. Poor service overall. Bad breakfast
Hotel was lovely and fairly centrally located, about 30min walk from Palermo central station. Very close to the marina and the hop on/off bus starting point. Room was nice and bed was huge. The only downside was the shower, it was tiny, I’m average sized and every time I went to wash my hair, I banged my elbows on either side of the cubicle even if I stood at an angle. Breakfast was in a little...

The room was comfortable, cozy, and clean. Everything was fine except for the broken elevator.
Room was clean and comfortable. We wanted a one night stay near the train station so this was fine for one night. If we were to spend more nights we may choose accommodations in an another area as it was located on a busy street. The elevator was not working so we had to walk up 70 steps to get to our room.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is amazing, there's a gold-framed mirror, and a four-poster bed—❤️🔥. Check-in is contactless; the owner sends all the information via WhatsApp as a picture, showing what and where to press, where to get a card, etc. The apartment building itself isn't new, but historic, and the marble staircase is beautiful. The only issue I had was paying the tax; I missed it in...
Marco was pleasant and responsive. I didn't know it was not a standalone hotel though and I arrived in town early so had to wait several hours before I could get access. When I did Marco was accommodating. That was appreciated. He also refunded me because I over paid the guest tax, which was great.
Room was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was fantastic and definitely a nice amenity after a long day of exploring. Building was close to all public transportation and within a short walk to all major Palermo attractions. Would definitely recommend!
We loved how close this was to the train station! We had two rooms across the hall from one another and both were very nice. Very comfortable beds. The host even arranged for a crib for my granddaughter.

All well. Just the heating unit was a bit noisy!
This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, close to the bus stop, Politeama, from the airport, walk to old city, and lots of restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful, and it is very clean. Our room had a great view over the city to the west. It has both an elevator and a beautiful spiral staircase with wrought-iron railings. But for the price, the hotel needs to do better with...
Staff at front desk were very helpful and willing to help out with recommendations for food, trips. Housekeeping was prompt. Air conditioning did work but a little noisy but probably shut off from November. Location is certainly an advantage as can walk to most places
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my girlfriend. First, I’d like to mention the negative aspects. The air conditioner kept turning on and off by itself, and no matter what we did, we couldn’t fix it. You might wake up in the middle of the night either sweating or freezing. Although our room was cleaned every day during our stay, our towels were only changed once — we believe they should be...
Really great, central location. Our room was really spacious and the walls were not as thin as in other Sicilian hotels. However, we had a problem with our toilet not flushing that took more than 24 hours to fix. There's a very small lobby and restaurant and they had no computer. You have to climb up and down slanted steps to get to and from the street.
Broken shower, poor breakfast (rancid, greasy ham), good desserts. Perfect location

This is a lovely and reasonably priced hotel centrally located in Palermo. The hotel , the room , the staff and the amenities were all wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding and their small restaurant was very relaxing and classy. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Very central yet quiet location, easily accessible by car, valet parking for €25 per night, works perfectly. "Old-style" room with carpet, everything a bit worn, thinly soundproof, very good check-in/out.
Great staff. Very nice and knowledgeable. The air conditioning didn’t work very well but other than that. I highly recommend this place. Loved their breakfast options too
Perfect hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff is great and hotel is quiet to relax after a long day.
Staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and spacious. The location was amazing, everything was a short walk away. Overall, a highly recommend option for a hotel in the center of Palermo.

Clean and through what’s app able to contact the owner if an issue. Code to get in door. Come and go. Breakfast right outside our door top floor. Marble steps. No elevator. A great workout. lol. Friendly staff. Air conditioning. Modelled as an old Sicilian home.
Nice Stay Great location in historical district. We were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
We only stayed one night at this property on our way through Palermo and it was nice but I wouldn't want to stay much longer. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the steps were steep and narrow. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was good for walking to nearby shops and restaurants.
Great location, close to port and shopping and restaurants. Staff is so nice and helpful. There are a lot of steps to get to the rooms and they are a little narrow. The staff helped with bags which was amazing but this is probably not good if you have mobility issues. I highly recommend and would stay again.

I really like the 24-hour front desk here. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room is the best room in this price range. The picture shows the food court which is a 1-minute walk away.
I went a few months ago and my experience was great. The staff was super friendly and the hotel very cozy. The location was perfect, I could walk everywhere.
The room is clean, there is a good air conditioner, the Wi-Fi works. There is a gas water heater in the bathroom, so you won't be able to wash for a long time under a hot shower
This hotel is located in the center of Palermo. The elevator is also old-fashioned and there is no parking. The waiter recommended outdoor parking, which costs a higher fee of 20 euros a night. Breakfast was average.
Basique hôtel room, quite big but noisy (mostly coming from the corridors). Stayed there for a night so it was good and conveniently located
The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud. My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. One restaurant (Seven something) very expensive nearby. Wifi not very good. Would drop out. Stairs to third floor. Traffic noise and chair scraping.
minutes walk to train station and Palermo center, supermarket located in opposite street.
A good choice for a few days in Palermo. Excellent location and service. Simple and adequate facilities.
Not badly located, close to the central station, opposite a supermarket and Lidl. It's a pity there is no refrigerator in the room. Otherwise everything is fine

Location is fantastic and lots of attractions are within walking distance. All in all a great place to stay in Palermo
Cute 16th century place. Adequate service very slow and not consistent. Beds not very comfortable so I slept on the couch. Only thing that was nice was the breakfast and surprisingly for an area with some of the best espresso their espresso was disgusting.
Highly recommended. Within walking distance of many of the major sites in Palermo, 4 Quarti is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Superb breakfast at a communal table (and I don't say this lightly - most breakfasts in Sicily are good.) It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.
Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.
Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Another big thank you to the domestic staff - the initial pillows were a little wooly; however, this was soon sorted...

Front desk gentleman was excellent! Super clean hotel.
what a find!!!!!!!!spotless and excellent rooms ,good breakfast but best of all staff who are very helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Italian 5 star hotels who could learn from this one--thanks we are a group of well travelled 'older' guys who enjoy short breaks --100% satisfied with this hotel and indeed Palermo
The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.
Beautifully clean room and common area. Conveniently located to great restaurants, fish market and shopping. Excellent staff service and breakfast service for 10£. Very comfortable room. The street side room is above restaurants so noise volumes are a bit louder but i was so tired that it did not keep me up.
Great location, lots of lively options for food and drink. Bed is a little hard and shower very little but staff were very friendly and helpful. Let me check in at 10am because the the room was ready which was fantastic

In a very peculiar and agréable architectural style house back from early 1900 years it’s where this lovely b&b lies. Showing signs of age This must've been an awesome property when it opened 10 years ago, but it is not the same as it once was. The walls are dirty in some places, some of the gaps between the tiles are discolored, the cracks are starting to appear in the shower floor. The room was crowded to the point that it was hard to move the desk chair out. And that is the only chair there was in the room....
The staff here was great, very friendly and welcoming. The property however looked very unkept and the photos on the website were misleading. The window in the bathroom was left open when we first entered and our room was invested with mosquitos, I was bit all over my body. There were black spots in the ceiling on the bathroom, could have been mold but I'm not sure. The hotel is next to an ambulance...
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station in mostly quiet residential area. The breakfast is not included but well worth the price. Be sure to order the evening before. Comfortable stay It’s in the center but really comfortable and calm place with great service.
Not for noise-sensitive people. It was quite noisy, as the windows were very thin and there was no real natural light in my room. Cleanliness was mediocre. Towels are only changed after departure, I suspect.
We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel with a private courtyard. The room was clean and had a very spacious bathroom with a window (which is important to me). It's five minutes from Palazzo Reale Station, making it convenient for visiting the main attractions. The quietness at night is also remarkable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Breakfast is simple, but offers both sweet and savory options...

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Pretty close to a lot of great destinations and restaurants.
Staff was fantastic, clean rooms and very centrally located. We had a car and free easy parking on the street nearby. Only recommendation I would like to add that the spa and masseuses would have later hours of opeartion. Last appointment was at 7pm. Would stay again. Beautiful hotel.
