Where to stay in Palermo

Initially, there was good communication with staff. He sent us detailed information on how to get there and was pleasant. Unfortunately, there was no hot water (yes, even after waiting a minute, which the owner rudely replied to another commenter). The second day I did not try to shower, so I'm not sure if it is constant. There are definitely enough reviews saying no hot water, so it for sure does...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with nice city view. The price was affordable.

This was our base for three weeks. The rooms were spacious, and clean, looked like it had recently been renovated, and we had a small basic kitchen, which was enough to do some cooking in. Eventhough our room was clean and cosy, and the staff very friendly, tourists should be aware that this hotel is located in a pretty poor and dark district of Palermo, with way-to-narrow streets, that make it pretty easy to get lost, specially at night. Not a pleasant experience. Breakfast could have been more assorted as well.

The heart of Palermo is there. For a moment we felt like citizens of the city. High rooms in an old tenement house, view of the street, dingy facades, laundry hanging from the balconies. Comparing with other hotels is Water Cold, it should be cleaner. The view from the window on the wall with air conditioning that roars like an old 24h tractor.

The Ariosto Rooms are holiday homes that offer different solutions, from 2 beds up to 6 beds the total number of beds available in all the houses is 12 seats in three separate houses. The houses are furnished with good taste and are practically new as they have been completely renovated for just one year. In a very peculiar and agréable architectural style house back from early 1900 years it’s where this lovely b&b lies. I visited the place with my two daughters and we all agreed that it was the best we had ever been guests in. The pillows were the most doftiest ever. The rooms were vlean and tidy. The breakfast was nice but It was all the same whole week. I would have liked to have fresh fruits and juice. The personal was nice and polite.

Tastefully and modernly furnished accommodation with outdoor shower comes along with very nice owners and a beautiful and lively beach within walking distance. Location relatively close to city center. Personnel very nice. Top floor family apartment is great (2 levels), I don't know about other rooms. Breakfast varied and tasty. Take care where you park, location is in ZTL (limited-traffic area), thus you cannot easily park near the B&B. Choose the paid parking on the outer road near the port or pay the daily ZTL of ~5eur.

I only stayed one night and as a cheap stop over it was perfect. I had a single bed room and it was basic but was air-conditioned and clean. Window did not close properly and curtains are poor. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are helpful.

This is a beautifully restored building with cozy, well decorated rooms. The private spa was incredible with the large jetted tub and a waterfall as well as the sauna. Beautifully renovated 18th century building 2 minutes from the four corners and the hart of Palermo. Just close enough to walk everywhere without the noise and traffic. Marco was pleasant and responsive. I didn't know it was not a standalone hotel though and I arrived in town early so had to wait several hours before I could get access. When I did Marco was accommodating. That was appreciated. He also refunded me because I over paid the guest tax, which was great.

I wasn't lucky enough to be there on vacation, but I saw the Propaganda 4 hotels... and honestly, we liked it a lot... but the prices quoted for the stay don't reflect the current ones. Exactly double. Perhaps a strategy for the program. Anyway, I don't see it right... OK, I understand, I'm not Bruno Barbieri...
