Location excellent. Parking inconvenient. When we arrived, a very polite young male member of staff was extremely helpful. Reception was very cold. We also found a older waiter called Ukh very rude, because of this we decided not to eat at hotel. Big shower head was reported as not working,,but was not fixed.

Lovely hotel, with small and well presented rooms, and friendly staff. Excellent placement from a 'ski in' perspective, but it is not really 'ski out' in the truest sense as you have to take your skis off after 50 yards and walk over the bridge to get the first lift up.

We (me, my husband and our cat) stayed 5 days in October 2024 and it was absolutely fantastic. The apartment (Dolasillas) was incredible, you have everything you need, including an enormous jacuzzi in the bathroom with a breathtaking view of the valley. Breakfast was really good, although we missed it some days, the staff is kind, understanding and helpful.. I would give more stars if I could.

We stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. One of the best meals we have had in a very very long time. Lovely ambiance and great food.
