The location is definitely the best part of this hotel. It is incredibly convenient, the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station is just a block away, and the Rosselli tram station is right outside the door.
The room was clean and quiet, so we were able to sleep well. However, the value for money just isn't there.
I read reviews beforehand warning about the customer service and thought people were being harsh, but they were right—it is pretty much non-existent. On top of that, you are nickel-and-dimed for things that should be included or better quality. The breakfast is very modest and not worth the price. The Spa was disappointing as well.
If you just need a place to sleep near the station, it works, but don't expect good service or amenities.

Breakfast was just okay. The location is convenient, close to the train station, and there's a tram right outside that goes directly to Florence Airport. You can walk to the Duomo in under half an hour.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel receptionist generously upgraded us upon hearing that we were staying at MH Florence for our honeymoon.
The room itself was clean and tidy, and had a balcony from where we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views. The hotel surely has an advantageous proximity to the main station. It was definitely worth our stay.

This hotel was excellent! We stayed at two hotels in Florence, and this one was so much better than the other. The other one, B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli, was absolutely horrendous. Coming to this hotel on our second day truly felt like a rescue.

Truly amazing experience! This place delivered beyond 5 stars. I have stayed at 60 hotels this year and this one is top tier.

They have parking for €35 and they get you into the ztl zone without a fine
The breakfast is amazing
The price included an amazing 5 star massage
The spa is clean and comfortable and huge and new
The rooms are comfortable with a great bed a modern shower and clean bathrooms

Book now it’s a great bargain and lovely stay
We booked a triple room and the extra bed was great for a grown man who weighs over 200lbs so it’s def a true triple room
