The room was not perfectly clean.
There's a stray hair (that's not mine). The bath towel was is the wrong way out.
The breakfast service is always excellent,although the space is so close together.

Room was perfect, bathroom fantastic and staff were perfect. Daniel on the bar was very friendly and added so much to my stay. Central location perfection for seeing the sights and access to bars. Great stay

We had the most amazing experience here and contemplated even changing our trip to stay longer. Clean, beautiful, perfect location.
The staff was beyond friendly and we especially loved the little touches: cookies in our room, our bed freshly made every time we left and returned , they even gave us water bottles before our drive home, booked our spa or any reservations for us, called taxis for us in minutes, and any time we needed more toiletries they immediately sent it up to our room. This was our first time staying here and will not be our last. Great location to restaurants, sightseeing. Thank you to all of the staff!!

We had such an incredible stay at Golden Tower Hotel & Spa. The location is amazing, we were about 15-20 minutes walking distance from nearly all major sites and activities. Daniele was especially helpful in getting us connected with a cooking class and providing excellent recommendations. The atmosphere of the hotel & overall service was amazing. We will be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we weren't concerned as we dropped off our luggage and explored the area and had lunch. It's important to note that in order for a car/cab to enter the square where the hotel is situated, they need to ring the hotel so that they can lower the bollards. Or, you can get dropped off on the street and you can walk to the hotel through the square.
The breakfast buffet is lovely - they have someone who can make freshly pressed juices on the spot and a variety of hot/cold/room temperature foods. The rooms are a bit older, as is the bathroom, but they were spacious. Our shower/bathtub area sunk into the floor, so you had to be careful going in and out. Overall, it's in a perfect location near so many shops/restaurants and it's a quiet area, which I really like. Would definitely stay here again when I return!

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Florence and were thoroughly impressed. Currently staying at the Golden Tower Hotel & Spa in Florence with my family. We booked both a Junior Suite and a Basic room. The service, ambiance, location, and staff have been wonderful and I highly recommend it. Very quiet and centrally located for all activities, with a staff always available to make recommendations and assist. The rooms are very nicely appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend it.
