Hotel Milu Florence in Florence

This was an exceptional stay in a really nice boutique hotel, in the heart of Florence with excellent staff! The hotel is luxurious, well designed with great artwork all over. The room was spacious had all needed amenities (including complementary minibar items) and had a lovely hand written welcome note and gift which was much appreciated! Breakfast included lots of options. Great feature is the 5th floor where guests can relax at anytime, with available coffee/tea/hot water as well as a microwave and many cool art books. Location is great as it's very central, close to the river, designer shops and nice restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, providing great recommendations, always available via What's App, helpful with luggage, were kind enough to make restaurant bookings for us and at breakfast would go out of their way to make sure we had everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Right in the middle of all the luxury shopping and walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The complimentary minibar, generously refilled daily with drinks and snacks, was a wonderful touch. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, adding a lovely personal touch to the stay!

This has been one of the nicest hotels we have ever visited. The staff, the location, and the unique style of this place made our stay even more beautiful. We would choose it again without hesitation. When I mentioned that we were celebrating my mother’s birthday here, they surprised us in the evening with a bottle of wine and a thoughtful message. We are very grateful.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The location is the best. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious. It was good to stay in the room. The service was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, rich and delicious. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.
The next time I visit Florence I will definitely take a room at the hotel.

I can’t say enough about Milu Hotel located in the heart of Florence City Center. I had
2 different bookings for each night and they decided to upgrade; I extended my stay for third night and they still left me in that larger room. It is a waking distance to many of the historical places, awesome restaurants and such an amazing staff! Has a lovely terrace which I enjoyed a hot cup of tea. From Leslie, to Arjay and Margharite who were so helpful in a very difficult time for me. They went above and beyond to make such a uncomfortable moment bearable. Beware when you walk in City Center. Prices were really good due to low season, even though staying far from city center might have spent more in taxis. I highly recommend this gem located in the heart of City Center Florence.

The elevator has a strange odor. The breakfast area is small and the view is average. The location of the hotel is OK. The room is not big, but it is clean. Overall, the price-performance ratio is average. The service is very timely and the attitude is very good.

I had a wonderful stay at Milu Hotel, and I want to give special thanks to Mr. Guido at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me with a room change. His professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay much more comfortable. It’s always a pleasure to encounter staff who truly care about guests, and Mr. Guido is a great example of excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel, and I appreciate the outstanding support from Mr. Guido.

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful, and spoke English well. The room was compact, but I personally didn't mind. Stylish interior. Free drinks in the minibar.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal is very poor. Although the hotel staff is very active in dealing with it, they still can't change this.
