Situated just steps from the historic center, the hotel offers every amenity one could ask for in a city hotel. The cleanliness, hospitality, and order are impeccable. A special mention goes to Ilaria, who proved to be especially attentive to her guests' needs.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in June. From the hospitality and kindness of the staff to the beauty and cleanliness of the rooms, everything was beautiful and superb! The location is also convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the main attractions in the city center. We recommend it and will definitely return 😊

A wonderful stay at an elegant and refined hotel where you can experience peace and absolute relaxation. The property is well located, and the reception staff are very friendly, always ready to accommodate your needs. The rooms are very basic and meticulously designed; upon entering, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness. The marble bathroom offers a wealth of amenities, including a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent; drinks are served at a table in the garden, where you can soak up the special atmosphere. The breakfast staff is very attentive and makes exceptional donuts and pies. The soy cappuccino and almond flour donut were delicious. A super positive remark: always attentive to the customer. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful hotel. Situated in a fabulous location, Palazzo Castri meets all its guests' needs. Breakfast in the garden with a stunning view, its magnificent lemon house, fresh and genuine ingredients, the very kind and always attentive staff, and thanks to the chefs, who are always creative and attentive to detail. Praise be to Marinela's patience, politeness, and kindness. An exceptional place, well-kept, beautiful, and elegant, in the center of Florence, just steps from the sights; a reasonable price, with every comfort (from the courtyard to the pool to the spa). The staff is friendly and professional. In short, a perfect vacation in a corner of paradise in the center of Florence.

The hotel is not far from the train station and various attractions. I didn't take public transportation for two days. The room is quite large and the area is well divided. There are brochures introducing the history and attractions of Florence. The front desk also provides tourist maps. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. The overall experience is very good. The disadvantage is that the rooms facing the street can hear the sound of cars outside at night, which feels a bit noisy. In addition, the height of the pillow is a bit awkward for me.

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.
