I chose this place because I was going to the Bacheloró Museum. The entrance is small, just one door, next to Gucci, easy to miss. After entering, you go through a corridor to the reception.

I stayed alone on the first floor. The room was large, the shower was beautiful, and the bathroom was spacious.

Breakfast was in a large dining room, quite luxurious. Breakfast was simple: milk, coffee, juice, bread. You can order various types of eggs, but the portions are small. The customers I met that day were mostly middle-aged and elderly.

The price-performance ratio was okay. The advantage is its proximity to the Bacheloró Museum and the Uffizi Gallery, right next to Piazza della Signoria.

An old room from the 16th century, what more can you ask for? You just want to feel the feeling that history brings to you and feel the living conditions of Italians hundreds of years ago. From this point of view, it is great value.

Was a very quaint hotel! Staff was kind when needed. This is not like a normal hotel so go almost thinking like a bed and breakfast. We never ate breakfast but we enjoyed the hotel and location.

Best place in Florence, it's been the best holiday of my life.
When you are having an amazing breakfast in front of Piazza della Signoria, it's literally like be living in a dream
10 out of 10, OUTSTANDING!! Also the service is wonderful, they treat you like a friend when recommending places and serve you like a King when needing anything, even the most simple thing .

Definitely a 5 star for us! We stayed for a total of 4 nights, in 2 different rooms because we spent one night in the middle in Tuscany.

Location: Uffizzi Gallery is just right through to the other side of the square. Just a quick walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio. So many restaurants, gelato shops, great shopping very near the hotel.

The rooms were classic old Italy, just beautiful. We we loved both of them. Super clean, excellent condition. Note: you may want to request a room without the sunken tub if climbing in out and of it might pose a mobility issue for showers. Breakfast was brought to us each morning in our room and it was delicious! Thank you for spoiling us, George!

Umberto and Monica gave top notch service. Gave us dinner recommendations. Umberto kindly booked 2 legs of our train tickets, which was super helpful and saved me time learning to understand how the system worked.

Umberto also helped to book a taxi to and from the cemetery so we could visit a relative’s grave. So kind and caring.

They treated us like family. We would return in a heartbeat because of our experience at Boutique Hotel on Piazza del Signoria. We felt fortunate there were rooms available.

Thank you Umberto and team for making our stay in Florence the best of our whole trip!

Everything was perfect! The location is the best location in Florence. My room was extremely clean, quiet, large, huge bathroom with a great shower and the water pressure was amazing. The staff and owner were all extremely polite and helpful.. My bed was extremely comfortable and the decor in the palace is amazing. My breakfast included Fresh juice, Fruits, breads, yogurts, cakes, pastries, eggs and more. This is the only place I want to stay at in Florence. The frescos inside are amazing and I Felt like I slept in a museum. Teas, coffee and water was always available and convenient. It was also nice to have face masks for all of the guests as well as high quality bath gels and soaps.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Florence. Fantastic room (they upgraded me to an apartment. Breakfast was served in an absolutely lovely dining room. Staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful.

And the location is perfect. Walking distance to virtually everything you'd want to see in the city of Florence and you can hire a guide to tour the surrounding areas in Tuscany.
