They were very accommodating in terms of check in and luggage storage. The room was spacious and clean. Nice to have a minibar.

Our room was street side so was quite noisy up until midnight.

Very traditional room and furniture. Loved the space and amenities. The provided breakfast was all we needed. Security was top notch. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was huge but too hard. The pillows need to be replaced also. Other than the bed and pillows, I would give it five stars for people who want the traditional experience.

Fantastic family owned little boutique hotell in the middle of everything in Florence. And yet so quiet and calm. Fantastic breakfast with everything. Lovely persons working there. A top hotel!

Location, location, location...Absolutely loved this hotel! 5 minutes walk from the SMN train station and easy walking distance to all the famous sights in Firenze including the Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, Academia, Ponte Vecchio, and lots of restaurants. There's elevators for those shlepping luggage (like we were), the room was very large compared to other B&Bs we've stayed at in Firenze, and air conditioned which was lovely as it was HOT in Firenze! Breakfasts were delicious with a variety of sweet and savory, multiple juices and choice of coffees, capuccinos, lattes, etc. Ever smiling Christina, her sister and all the staff were really wonderful. They surprised me with a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room to celebrate my birthday which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Check in and out was a breeze as well. We'll be telling all our friends to book this place, you won't be sorry!

Lovely!
We had an incredible stay! The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast with made-to-order coffee is delicious. The room was lovely and comfortable. Plus, it has an elevator to make it easier to bring up suitcases. This place is so conveniently located! The only concern is that, because they don’t have a desk person after 7pm, sometimes other guests leave access doors open, which isn’t too safe.

The good: The location is amazing. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station to the B&B. The B&B is about a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much everything you're in Florence to see. The room we stayed in (#22, photos) was spacious with high ceilings. The bed (2 twins pushed together) was fairly firm and there was plenty of space for clothes/suitcases. The private bedroom was decent sized with a corner shower. The staff was extremely helpful and one spoke English very well. The bad: It is more like "the quibbles" as there wasn't anything bad. The hair dryer was...interesting. As a B&B you do need to arrive when the staff is there to check you in so plan your arrive accordingly. Conclusion: The location is unbeatable, the rooms are bigger than many we've stayed in during our Italian travels, and the staff is great.

On the second floor, it feels like a family hotel, with a total of 5 rooms. It's quite cozy. The place where you have breakfast is right outside the door~
The service is good, the room is high-ceiling, and the hotel is in a good location~
