Nice historical apartment. People are very polite

Unfortunately, we had memu ossyes with the hotel. The rooms are HUGE, which alomg with the location are the only two positives.
Issues were with the parking arrangement, a broken main door, gallons of water leaking all over the floor during every shower, the doorbell could be heard in our room, and a horrible mattress (it has caved in).

This is a very nice hotel as far as the rooms go- clean spacious and good location. It is however also air b n b apts so strange entrance etc. no true front desk and no night desk coverage. The elevator is very dark and creepy like being in an alley way or something Not well signed and took us a while to find our way back the first night. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast room too small

We only stayed one night, but it was great. The room is huge and the hosts went out of their way to be helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer and if we are in Florence again, we would definitely stay here again.

Reasonably Priced Classic
Centrally located and comfortable hotel room with delicious breakfast and cappuccinos. We arrived and were greeted by staff who helped us get situated. Large room and comfortable beds. Beautiful historical charm to the building. So much history within walking distance.

Lovely Florence stay
Very cozy, comfortable room. Lovely decor in room and breakfast area. Excellent location, safe, and walkable to sight-see and restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Highly recommended and will stay here again for sure!

The place for its location is convenient but the rooms are of many beds, and there are few bathrooms. The good thing also is that there is breakfast and dinner all days free.
?The ubication place Is comfortable. ?There are a lot off bed in one room and only two bathrooms for 20 person
