It’s a very good hotel safe a short distance walking aroun the florencia and have in front of hotel a beautiful park for walk in the night

The property is in a beautiful location. The hotel itself has seen better days. Although the staff is attentive and assists in all requests, there is a sense of the place being "tired" and in need of a facelift. With some care the place could be a 4 star property.

I tried to find a quiet place, but it was far from the center and inconvenient. Also, I had trouble with the staff not being able to speak English at all.

The hotel is in a great location, a 5-minute walk from Porta Romana. It is quiet in the bustling area. The breakfast is also good. Although it is not very rich, it has everything you need. There is also free parking in the hotel.

It is slightly far from the train station, about 2.7 kilometers and a 32-minute walk.
The hygienic condition is average. I had bumps on my face after staying for two nights.
The toilet doesn't flush very well. After flushing once, water can no longer be flushed. Moreover, the water in the toilet makes a bit loud noise in the middle of the night.
The service attitude is very satisfactory, and all questions are answered.

The hotel is in a great location - close to all the attractions. An old villa, surrounded by greenery on all sides. In the mornings - I enjoyed the singing of birds.
Breakfasts are served in the garden. You can also sit there during the day and in the evening.
The room is spacious with a comfortable bed.
Clean.
Nice staff.
The only downside is the breakfasts. I have never seen such tasteless breakfasts....
But if food is not your goal, then the hotel is a gem.
I really liked it (except for the breakfasts 😁).

Second time we have stayed here. Easy walk to the sites great staff. Breakfast is ok. Could be a bit better but overall a great place to stay.

the place was good,but really classic one. It seems like a mansion before and is transferred into a hotel. All the facilities are likely 80’s or so. But the staff there was great and patient. The location is not far away from the old town. Btw, do trust bus. If you are running of time,bicycle maybe a better choice.

Great location: 15 mins walk to restaurants, piazza Santo Spirito and piazza Pitti. Parking with 2 Tesla chargers ;-) Nice to have breakfast in the garden. And very helpful team!
