Joseph and staff were very accommodating. The hotel was located outside of all the business and only a 10 minute walk to the basilica. Very clean, large hotel rooms and beautiful ceilings. Would recommend to anyone taking a trip to Florence

It does not feels like a hotel when you arrive. Not a good first impression as you have to grab an old and tiny elevator. The room was great! I was not expecting only 8 rooms in the hotel, I thought it was bigger... Small hotels equals to small breakfast, but it was fine. Pillows and beds needs improvement, but we slept OK. A/C works very well. It was very clean for us, and the owners are fantastic. I just feel this should not be considered an hotel, as the owners leaves... but I guess this is way in Florence. Anyway we recommend this place to stay . Great location !

I decided to book this hotel because the price was reasonable.
1. Room is huge, bathroom has a good size, there is plenty of hot water and it is very clean. Shampoo and soap are provided. The bedroom as a beautiful ceiling.
2. Hotel is within walking distance to San Marco’s Basilica and Florence Duomo.
3. Taxi from the train terminal to hotel was 10 euros.
4. I am traveling with my daughter and we feel very safe in this hotel.
5. AC and heater are centralized controlled but it did not bothered me. Temperature inside the room for us is fine, and if I get hot I can always open the window (40 F outside)

7. There is a small fridge which is all we need.

The hotel is staffed by 2 amazing friendly people.. Good morning breakfast papervide is perfect. The locations is absolutely Central for everything. Usually accessible. By walking, we will definitely go there again. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Front desk lady named castansa was the most happy nice hotel worker I had ever met. Wonderful location and service. Will look forward to coming back someday!

You need to be careful how to find it. No sign. Just a small plate by a door. As it is located on the second floor. There is a mini elevator to get yourself and luggage up. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are georgious. Highly recommended

A LOVELY hotel. All very neat, clean and well presented. The lady who is in charge of the management is a sweetness. It is very close to the centre of Florence and has a very competitive price. The only downside is that we had a room close to the reception and could hear everything.
