Location: near the Central railway station of Santa Maria Novella, near the Congress Palace Business centre and the exhibition Centre Fortezza da Basso, 6 km from Peretola airport.

A very family owned house converted to a hotel. Very traditional house of 1900s. A good experience of the Italy charm...owners very helpful and friendly. Evry place is conveniently walkable.

The location is great, close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to the central market, so finding food late at night isn't an issue. The room was spacious, the shower had hot water, and the towels were clean – more than enough. The host was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. The bed linens were clean, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. As for amenities, there was an all-in-one shampoo (without conditioner) and soap. However, unlike Japanese hotels, amenities like toothbrushes, hair conditioner, and slippers are not provided, so it's best to bring your own if you need them. I've stayed in various hotels across Europe, and for this price, the size and cleanliness of this place are definitely among the better options.

The building and bedding showed their age but were kept clean. It was also close to the station, and the hotel had an old elevator, which made moving luggage easy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. That was the highlight of my stay. They also offered luggage storage.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. It's more of a guesthouse than a hotel. The facilities are old but clean, and the breakfast is just okay.

A nice hotel with cozy room and with a vintage vibe. The host is very nice and he recommended some nice restaurants and route to the attractions nearby. The hotel itself is just a 5 mins walk from the train station and is also very close (within 10 mins walk) from the tram station and bus station (which is the meeting point of the local day tours). There is also plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby and very close to the centrale market. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Florence again.

Excellent location, very pleasant, responsive, and welcoming host. He explained everything, showed us around, and helped us in every way he could 🤗👍🏻
The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking to spend 2-3 days in Florence, this is the place! I highly recommend it; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The owner is so friendly and helpful! He even let me choose the rooms myself since he got both available. The room is cozy with good AC and fridge. Location is great, close to the central station.
