This hotel is amazing. Service was great!! Especially at the front desk counter and the waitresses at the rooftop restaurant. We were even given a map. Food was one of the best we had in Florence. We were lucky we did not have to make a reservation and it was our first meal in Florence right after checking in. Our room was unexpectedly ready by 4 hours earlier. So it was a plus. Location is superb because Ponte Vecchio is right down below. HOWEVER, try to avoid staying at the 4th floor or room 415? It sounded like a war zone every night from the moving tables or chairs (sounded like chess war but human like statues zzz) and it’s always from 7pm - 11pm. However I’d like to look past it since everything else was great. Just don’t stay on the 4th floor. Maybe we were foreigners and had no choice so they just gave us that room. Luckily it was only for two nights so we put up with it.

I made some wonderful memories.
Pros
The location was great. The staff were friendly and the stay was wonderful. The antique furniture and decor were wonderful.
Cons
There was no refrigerator. There were about 10 steps from the entrance to the elevator.

It was in great location, rooms was specious and I really liked service and interior.

The location is very convenient.
Very convenient around museums and famous bridges.
Some of the rooms had not been cleaned and when I asked for help, hotel staff 2 informed me that the cleaning staff had already left and that the message ``Don't disturb'' and ``Make it clean'' in the room had changed to ``Don't disturb.'' The hotel claims that it was not their fault because they checked with someone else. The customer service attitude at the front desk was very poor and I felt very bad. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Facilities: Very old, the elevator is very small, the decoration seems to be about 30 years old, especially the air conditioner has a musty smell
Hygiene: Hygiene is okay. Carpets are cleaned.
Environment: OK
Service: The front desk person was very nice and lent us a charging adapter.

The hotel staff were very kind.
He translated it into Japanese and printed it out for us who can't speak Italian or English.
It was a very nice staff, such as arranging taxis and telling me about a delicious pizza shop.

This stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine.
The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time
