Hotel Silla in Florence

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The hotel is spotless and the staff are professional and courteous. The Nightshift Receptionist.was exceptionally helpful and obliging. The hotel is next to nice bars and restaurants. It is certainly value for money and we hope to return next year.

The location was great. It was just over the bridge and an easy walk to the city center. The room was clean and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and clean hotel. Walking 10 mins to the meeting point if you have tours, close and easy to walk around, just pass the bridge. Would stay here again if visit Florence again. Thank you

Fantastic location just across the river from all the main sights. They can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. The room was spacious and well equipped with modern bathroom. Breakfast was basic but adequate and the hot options did not get topped up from what we could tell. Overall we would highly recommend

It's quite a walk from the station, so we opted for a taxi. The communal terrace offered a great view of the river. The staff were friendly and kind. Although there's no kettle in the room, they were happy to provide hot water when asked. We did find the key mechanism a bit tricky to open at first.

Fantastic location with incredibly convenient transport links. The price was very fair, and the breakfast offered a great selection. Plus, the subway station is literally right outside!

The location of this hotel is still very convenient, but I encountered some problems during my stay that made me not very happy. I placed an order and paid for it on Ctrip very early. Considering that I would stay for three days, I wanted a larger space, so I booked a large 25-square-meter room in the hotel. I went to the front desk of the store and asked for it without explaining it. I checked into a room of less than 20 square meters. I immediately asked the front desk, and the front desk admitted that this room type was not the one I booked, but it was the last one. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and Ctrip customer service contacted the agent and said yes, it was this room. I took a photo and sent it to Ctrip. After checking with the agent, Ctrip changed the room the next day and refunded part of the price difference. No comments will be made on the above process. Those who are willing to read the evaluation can make their own judgment. The room I changed later was less than 25 square meters from the direct view, but it was not bad, so I stayed there so as not to affect my travel mood. The hotel service is generally okay, and the breakfast is also okay. The pictures above are the rooms we stayed in on the first and second days respectively. The hotel is very close to the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and Michelangelo Square.
