We had a really bad experience. After our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Zurich for 28 hours we informed the hotel we will miss one night and arrive late the second. After arriving at around midnight we were informed that our paid room for 3 was given to someone else. They only had one small room for 2 left. My son had so sleep on the floor on a mattress (after they brought 2 unacceptable mattresses the third was acceptable). The electricity in the room was problematic. We had the check out and could only check into our original room late the afternoon. This room was fine however the drain was clogged. The gave us complementary mini bar (only water and cool drinks) and reimbursed us for the one night, so thank you for that. However the experience was very stressful and unnecessary. The hotel is close to train station and 1km from city center so the location is not to bad.

Sarah gave us a really warm welcome; she was so kind, helpful, and attentive.
The room and bathroom were clean.
We had a view of the train station, and there was train noise throughout the day and evening.
The breakfast quality was poor.
Thanks to Sarah, we had a very pleasant stay. A big thank you to her and the entire hotel team, who were all incredibly kind.

This is a good hotel with reasonable price. The staff was very nice and enthusiastic. The breakfast is also good. I really enjoy it.

The hotel is located behind the train station, so it can be a bit noisy with trains passing by. At check-in, they asked to write down my bank card number (not for authorization, but literally just copied the number) and said that the city tax could not be paid by card, only cash. This was despite having already paid in full online. The breakfast was basic.

We arrive at 12 at night. They tell us sorry your room was given to other people. Give as a room for 2 but we are 3 people. They bring a small matrass for a baby for an adult to sleep on. Then they bring a matrass from the street. Manager not available. Very bad hotel. Please stay. I am sitting in the lobby waiting for the room we paid for

First off, the drainage was terrible. If you're staying for multiple nights, nothing gets cleaned except for making the bed. Plus, there was no duvet, just a very thin, dark 'blanket' without a cover. The air conditioning was set to the lowest temperature but it was still freezing, which made me catch a cold. The breakfast didn't match the pictures and the quality was poor. Apart from the front desk staff being nice and the hotel's convenient location near the station, the hygiene and facilities were really bad.

The location is great, right next to the station. Because of this, there's a bit of car noise, but it's fine late at night.

Location is near train station, turn right and walk all the way straight. There are some food eateries around. They have 3 single beds for triple room. Decent and cozy hotel, 17 rooms. Continental breakfast is simple and good enough. Thank you.
