Good value for money
Not the best location because of railway very close, but still ok, city centre easily reached on foot.
Breakfast is of supermarket sweets/pastries, but fruits and coffee compensate it.

Smooth check in process

It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, but not noisy. The room was huge and very clean. I arrived at the hotel at 11 am and was given the key immediately, unlike other European hotels where check-in is at 3 pm. The two staff members were very helpful, assisting with my luggage. I booked a double room for one person, and my fiancé arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. We couldn't find any staff to check in. Normally, there would be an extra charge for two people, but the owner didn't charge the difference, only the city tax for two people. We were very grateful. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The hotel price is very cheap for Forsa. The facilities are very new and there are fruits, food and beverages provided. It's very considerate.

Because I arrived late and had self-check-in, I haven't received an email on how to self-check-in for a long time. It took a long time to communicate due to language issues, so I finally contacted Ctrip to open the door. The room was unexpected, much better than expected. The room was spacious and felt very clean.

The location was conveniently situated close to the SMN station terminal, making it easily accessible. Thank owner was exceptionally hospitable and friendly. The room was well-stocked with food and maintained in a clean environment. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay.

Very cheap for a business trip

The location is good as it is about a 10 minute walk from the main station.

The problem is that there is no staff available all the time.
Because we had not informed them of our arrival time at the hotel in advance, we were not able to enter the hotel immediately after arriving.
You will be given three keys: the front door of the hotel building, the entrance/exit to the hotel, and a private room. Therefore, it is very troublesome to go in and out.

For breakfast, snacks, simple bread, and instant coffee are provided in each room.

The staff was very friendly and nice, but overall it was a little inconvenient considering the convenience.
