We had a wonderfull welcome, very professional ,friendly and helpful in every aspect. Great villa with Tuscany vibe and breathtaking views.Close enough to Florence.You can't ask for better. We will return again.

Our stay in Villa Il Fedino surpassed expectations and a huge part of that was the warmth and welcome from Lorenzo, his family and the staff. The Villa has been in their family for over 250 years and they take huge pride in what they do. Our room was probably the smallest and cheapest but was still comfortable, great views and a private terrace with views over the Tuscany hills. The breakfast was superb with high quality local pastries, vegetables and fruit each morning; Lorenzo even makes his own olive oil from the family trees. The swimming pool was great for an early evening dip before heading into Casciano with a few high quality restaurants alongside cheaper Pizza and Pasta restaurants. The village is pretty and the square full of life - mainly with locals Casciano is ideal for getting into Florence by car and we parked at Parking Romana. Getting back in the evening to escape the crowds and heat was welcome

My family of five recently visited the villa for a few nights in April. It was our base of operations as we explored Florence. Lorenzo and his family were so warm and welcoming. They gave us excellent tips on how best to get to Florence and find affordable parking. The breakfast each morning was amazing and beyond our expectations. The highlight of our stay and our trip was the fun and informative cooking class taught by Lorenzo himself. We also enjoyed the charming town where we had a delicious dinner.

Host Lorenzo and his parents were fantastic: Friendly, helpful and pleasant. They put on an amazing breakfast every morning and helped us with things to see and do in the area.
Property had great character and is in a great location. Town was charming.
Our room was clean, large and rustic.

Lovely property, our suite was huge and very comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of options! Our very helpful host Lorenzo organised travel to a nearby village and a cooking class which was great fun. Would be lovely to return in warmer months to use the pool. The garden has amazing views of thr Tuscan countryside.

Villa il fedino is one of the best hotel/agriturismo we have ever been in Tuscan! The owners family is very attentive, loving and generous! The breakfast is delicious and perfect - the best start for a beautiful day in the residence! We would definitely visit the Villa again!

My husband and I stayed at this property in San Casciano for 5 days to avoid the big crowds in Florence. We fell in love with the quiet town and staying at Villa el Fedino. Lorenzo and his mom Alessandra made us feel like part of their family. They were so sweet and helpful and would recommend great restaurants to go eat as well as wineries to tour. My husband and I rented a car which was so convenient from San Casciano to go visit Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and other beautiful surrounding Chianti region small towns close by. Also the breakfast was amazing and the spectacular views from our room. We had an amazing time. We plan on coming back and reliving that whole week again.

Third year in a row...do I need to say more? There are many reasons why we come back again and again. We love everything about this small city and place. It's not touristy, but there are plenty of options. It is a beautiful villa with the most lovely owners. We always feel welcome and taken care of. Fantastic breakfast and now also an amazing pool, yes. It does elevate the experience! Besides that, there are so many wineries nearby, so if you are a wine lover - this is also for you! Villa Il Fedino exceeded all expectations. What an amazing authentic local experience in the Chianti. Lorenzo, Alessandra, the entire family and staff were so accommodating and the service was excellent . The Villa was breathtakingly beautiful, rooms spacious and very comfortable, scenery breathtaking and the addition of the new pool at the property made it even more special . The breakfast in the morning on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills was amazing. The cooking class with Lorenzo was so much fun and had a blast learning more about the authentic cuisine. The property is only a three minute walk to the main village which also made it even more of a convenient stay. Highly recommend this Villa for anyone who wants an authentic local experience with unforgettable views of Tuscany. Thank you Lorenzo for all your help and recommendations . We will be back !
