The hotel is located very close to the historic part of Gubbio, so one can walk everywhere. It is very nicely decorated, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and very reasonably priced. A really perfect place to enjoy wonderful Gubbio !

Cozy room in the historic center of Gubbio. Excellent check-in with extremely helpful desk clerk. He directed me to the free parking area. Room had a door onto the rooftop terrace. Bed was hard. I recommend this hotel if you get a good price.

Randomly drove up the mountain to this resort to have dinner. The view was really nice and it was a very quiet and relaxed environment. The food was also enjoyable.

I have been traveling in Tuscany and Umbria for the last 2 weeks. Of all the places I went this hotel alone made a difference in my travel. This is a family owned and run operation and the hospitality was fantastic - they gave attention to every detail and made our stay a life time memory. We had the five course dinner under the pergola and evening skies and it was spectacular. The breakfast was also super. Wish we would of stayed for more than one night. You can count on a restful and comfortable stay at La Terrazza after exploring Assisi or the surrounding region. The staff are always responsive and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. La Terrazza will be our choice to stay when we return here. 

Our stay at Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was perfect for our 4 day visit to Assisi. The hotel is an easy 10-15 walk to town but there is also a bus stop at the hotel with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The accommodations were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Assisi. Would highly recommend Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza to anyone visiting Assisi

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it was awesome! If you need to get into the town of Assisi, there is a bus stop less than 2 minutes from the hotel. If you want to just stay at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and their pool, you can do that too. If you're on a romantic trip, see if they have the spa available for the private session, it's worth it!

This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. We had a Balcony room at Villa Luisa. They have a nice breakfast. Very kind staff. Bathroom had a bidet as well as a toilet, sink and corner shower. The beds are not comfortable. Very hard and not much to them. Transportation into town was not easy. If you have your own transportation, there is parking available.

The location is great if you are travelling I was here for a business trip and I found it in a very good position to reach the road without wasting time for traffic. The only reason I've put 4 stars is that the restaurant was closed and there are no nearby restaurants which they didn't tell me beforehand

Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Family trip in Spoleto and its surroundings. The Charleston Hotel is great to visit these places. From the hotel you can visit Spoleto by walk.

We spent 2 nights at La Tavola. The rooms were excellent, food, home made wine and beer fantastic. The location is excellent in the hills above Assisi. The hosts Riccardo and Alessia went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, it is a shame they have now moved on lucky we enjoyed their hospitality for their last days, we wish them well in their new venture.

Wonderful surroundings. Very old building beautifully kept but be aware that it means you get creaking floor boards and noisy plumbing - all adds to the character! Receptions staff really helpful - just wished the serving staff smiled occasionaly.
