Didn't get to enjoy the spas had a short stay I would say the dining was lacking, but in general, a very beautiful vineyard in Tuscany

Room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bath robes . The front desk agent helped us get an earlier dinner reservation. The restaurant was good . All in all a good stay.

This place is a real gem. Absolutely loved our stay here. Did the picnic in the vineyard and the five course meal for dinner. The food was amazing and the hotel rooms are beautiful! We had a view of the vineyards and will return in the future!

Our check in was lovely-she was very kind. The restaurant’s food was fabulous and we enjoyed our time there. The merlot + cab blend was divine! Everything was a sight to take in and we have spoken on coming back if we ever find ourselves in Orvieto again!

Quiet, lovely, relaxing, tranquil. Altarocca is a place for couples looking to get away and spend some quiet time together. The hotel is located atop a lovely hillside overlooking fantastic views of Umbria. The staff is kind, generous, and accommodating and the restaurant on the property has a large variety of exquisite wine and tasteful cuisine.

Nice view and great room with free parking but food at the hotel’s restaurant could be improved. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, has outdoor pool but is quite deep, not for unsupervised children to play in.

We had a Balcony room at Villa Luisa. They have a nice breakfast. Very kind staff. Bathroom had a bidet as well as a toilet, sink and corner shower. The beds are not comfortable. Very hard and not much to them. Transportation into town was not easy. If you have your own transportation, there is parking available.

This hotel is very clean, has an impeccable reception service and the BEST part of the experience, the BREAKFAST. Room was equipped with a refrigerator and individual air conditioning. Internal parking and a restaurant. Price in the range. Conveniently located in walking distance from a supermarket.

The staff were excellent and considerate. Perfect location and extremely clean. In addition the hotel provided an easy and comfortable atmosphere were we could relax and enjoy the amenities such as the pool which was placed in a tranquil area of the hotels gardens.

Great little hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was ready really early and we were allowed to check in which was a bonus. Nice and quiet room and great breakfast included in the cost. We’d stay here again.

Great location near the centre of town and within easy walking of all the major sites. Delicious breakfast buffet served on the veranda with a good selection. The lemon tart was especially tasty and baked that morning by one of the staff. Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Family trip in Spoleto and its surroundings. The Charleston Hotel is great to visit these places. From the hotel you can visit Spoleto by walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Charleston! Our room was a superior room that was very attractive and had a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was great! Beautiful and spacious room, we also made use of the garage, the location in the center was convenient, it allowed us to get around the city with the stroller, the treadmills were also nearby and the operators were very kind, it is the second time we have stayed here and not it will be the last.

Peaceful and quiet. Staff were not engaging with us as english speaking guests. Language barrier could be the reason. Otherwise, this feels like a local resort and not a tourist resort which was fine by us.

Not only is the location absolutely gorgeous, I have never in felt more welcome. The staff is phenomenal and reads every wish off your lips, rooms are very spacious, spotless clean and just great. Make sure to try their food. Its incredible. 10/10 recommend and will be back for sure

This is my second visit to Poggioleone. The location is great and the property is beautiful. Vistas to die for! Then I had dinner which was equally as good as everything else. I am always impressed with the aesthetics of this structure inside and out. Thank you for a great experience

An amazing location with breathtaking views! We went for a family lunch with our 2-year-old, and it was perfect—plenty of space for our little one to run around freely. Attended here for a friends wedding staying for around 5 days and we all absolutely loved it. Hotel is nice and in an amazing area with unreal views. Nice central hotel Centrally located hotel with various quality rooms. The single room was modest with a tiny bathroom but nevertheless fine for a single night. Cozy room in the historic center of Gubbio. Excellent check-in with extremely helpful desk clerk. He directed me to the free parking area. Room had a door onto the rooftop terrace. Bed was hard. I recommend this hotel if you get a good price.

This is a unique property in the middle of a National Park. Yes the road leading up to it is winding and narrow and rutted but again it is in the middle of nowhere and we have driven roads like this all over Italy to get to beautiful places. The five stars are for the location which is enchanting and above all immersed in nature and tranquility. The rooms of different styles and genres are particular but the bathrooms would need to be reviewed from a functionality point of view. Overall it is a good establishment.

The resort is immersed in the countryside, the road is easily traveled, the town is just under 10 minutes ... and about twenty from Assisi. It has a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax, you can have breakfast both inside the structure and in the garden, the complex as a whole is well kept, a small general refresh would make your stay more pleasant.

A great place for retreats and relaxing stays

Excellent place to stay, nestled up in the beautiful serene and lush mountains of Assisi. It's a peaceful beatitude, frought with flowing creeks, olive groves and vineyards.

We spent 2 nights at La Tavola. The rooms were excellent, food, home made wine and beer fantastic. The location is excellent in the hills above Assisi. The hosts Riccardo and Alessia went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, it is a shame they have now moved on lucky we enjoyed their hospitality for their last days, we wish them well in their new venture.

We phoned to book the swimming pool & lunch, they gave us availability but on our arrival they informed us that the kitchen was closed and that for lunch only frozen sandwiches and pizzas were available, among other things passed off as pizzas made at the moment !!
