Clean rooms and attentive staff. They gave us partial canal view room and welcomed us with champagne for our stay. Location is perfect and close to everything. About 7 mins to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco

If you arrive by private water taxi you will step off the boat straight into the hotel lobby - a very novel experience. The reception staff are professional, friendly and happy to help with any query you might have

Stayed here our first night on our honeymoon and wished we had booked for longer. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. We had the most stunning balconies in our room and bathroom overlooking a canal

We arrived by water taxi, into the hotels dock. It was expensive, but worth it for the experience. Lovely Hotel, would stay again. All the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were palatial

It was a wonderful honeymoon at a really nice hotel! When I let them know in advance that it was my honeymoon, they brought champagne to our room as a surprise, as you would expect from a 4-star hotel

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for 3 nights in June 2024. The location is excellent - close to everything, but also feels like you are away from the hustle and bustle

Excellent hotel located in a palace right on a canal, just a few steps from St. Mark's Square. The room was very spacious with a great view. Breakfast was very good, and the bar was convenient.

Spent two nights at this hotel and enjoyed delicious breakfast onsite. Rooms were small but comfortable with very comfortable linens and mattresses. The location was excellent for walking to St Marks Square and dining

Our room was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. We had a huge bathroom with a bidet, a large living room area, and even a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was such a nice and relaxing touch

Stayed here 3 night with my daughter. First they let us check in early which was amazing. Bathroom clean, water pressure in shower very good. Clean towel every day, which was nice

The staff noticed and immediately offered to move us into a larger room the following morning. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and really showed the level of care they give to their guests

Bathroom had some very nice touches like the normal shower gel shampoo but also little box's with cotton buds and nail file and cotton pads. Room has tea and coffee but no pots of long life milk

Nice location between San Marco and Rialto. No lift at the hotel for the luggage. We were in annex building alongside a canal, nice view. Good service and normal breakfast.

Wonderful small hotel close to all attractions. I had a lovely room with a canal view! The free coffee in the lobby is a huge plus. Delicious coffee! Highly recommend this place.

We visited Venice for Christmas and stayed here in an annex apartment. It’s a 5 minute walk from Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square

The room itself was as you may expect in Venice, on the smaller side but it was a perfect location to explore from, just be warned if you book the (cheaper) anex room it is up 3 flights of stairs and the final set you may have to duck/crouch up and down them

This hotel is now part of Hotel Bella Venezia. Our place consisted of an apartment overlooking Campo San Luca and was amazing. Very specious apartment with lots of amenities. Amazing value for the price of a room

Service and staff from Bella Venezia was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out and use the hotel facilities before it was time to leave Venice

However, the triple room which I booked, does not have even flooring, so it does make me a little dizzy. But it was ok once I’m on the bed. The hotel has a strange rule to collect a copy of the credit card for guarantee

I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me

The coffee is good, and there is a water machine that can dispense fruity but unsweetened mineral water, which is great 😎 There is also a secret level - if you need orange juice and scrambled eggs and bacon, you can ask the waiter separately)

They offer spacious, clean rooms and the staff was attentive, resourceful, and receptive to our needs. We made use of the sleeper sofa which sank in the middle and was not as comfortable as their king size bed

The staff, however, are what made this hotel feel five star! They were available and even helped to lug our bags to our water taxi, which they set up for us. Also the rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful!

Breakfast was really good considering it was included. It’s a bit of a walk to the key tourist attractions but we preferred that. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars just to the right of the hotel too

Some of the best service from their staff we have ever received. The rooms were large for the two of us. We had 3 rooms for our party of 6. One room had AC issues and they moved us with no problem

The only downside to this hotel are the size of the rooms. We were traveling in Italy for 3 1/2 weeks so we had several pieces of luggage that made it difficult to move around the room

Beware of his "free" taxi to the Murano Glass factory :) - it ended up costing us 3,800 € in purchases (obviously our choice & well worth the tour!!!) LOL

Excellent! We got the room with the view of the Grand Canal and it was totally worth it. Full service European breakfast. And included a taxi ride to Marano, which is also a must see

She upgraded us to the Grand Canal view and that was wonderful!! We had booked a view of the side canal but the upgrade was extraordinary and we would definitely book that next time! Had a great time staying here, rooms were pretty, got the authentic experience of arriving by water taxi and leaving to explore the city through skinny meandering alleys

Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel very stylish boutique vibe. Only issue the safe didn’t work. Terminals for the battery’s were corroded, which probably caused the malfunction. Great position would recommend.

A beautiful boutique hotel, right on the grand canal. Gorgeously designed, the rooms feel modern, spacious and luxurious. The bar also feels lovely, and has a small balcony for two that looks out over the grand canal

Everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful, the check in process, we were early, was extremely flexible and accommodating. Breakfast a bit on the high cost side but plenty of options and portions.

It is in Canneraggio away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. It is an oasis of peace and refinement. You have to walk a little further to get to the city center but there is a lovely restaurant district nearby

Got a waterbus directly from the airport (approx 1 hour on the orange line) A 2 minute walk from the stop to the hotel. Lovely location in a quiet square. Hotel is very traditional, spotlessy clean and very central
