Just perfect. Excellent hotel. Friendly professional staff. A wonderful choice of food for breakfast. Matteo made us a coffee when we arrived at 10.00pm. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Hotel was nice, good location, nice breakfast. Reception people not too nice, but the rest was great.

The room is spacious and cosy, they clean the room everyday. Staff are welcoming and helpful. They served fresh breakfast everyday. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

Breakfast was very good, with staff very willing to prepare a special cappuccino. Mattresses in room were good, but bathroom fan and bidet stopper didn’t work. Carpets in hall somewhat frayed

Best of all, the staff, particularly Franco, went out of their way to make sure we had the very best visit to Venice. Whatever we asked for they were happy to provide. Definitely stay here when in Venice!

Heureka is such a jewel, an oasis, a palace that you can genuinely call home. The amazing team are all so welcoming, so kind, so empathic, so experienced and hugely knowledgeable

The rooms are inspirational and luxurious, the communal interiors are so impressive and the tranquil garden is a blessing to enjoy throughout the day and evening

A really lovely stay at a charming hotel. The location was quiet but with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. The garden in particular was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin. It was our first stop on our two week vacation around Italy and Hotel Heureka was by far our FAVORITE hotel. Our experience felt so welcoming by everyone

It is in Canneraggio away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. It is an oasis of peace and refinement. You have to walk a little further to get to the city center but there is a lovely restaurant district nearby

Breakfast wasn't great because there were no plates to be found anywhere and the poor waitress was so rushed off her feet, but for the price it was still great

Nice hotel centrally located in Venice. Room and service was ok, breakfast was good. The only problem was the shower, it was terrible and felt similar to slowly pouring a cup of hot water over your body

We had a great stay at Locanda La Corte. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and large enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The location was excellent.

I ate dinner there one night (good food), when I asked for bill, waiter said manager was taking care of it. Upon checkout, not only was that charge on my bill, but there were two meal charges

We had a good stay overall — the location is great, about 15 minutes walking to the Grand Canal, and only 10 minutes from the train station even with luggage. We did everything on foot, no need for public transport

The breakfast was very nice, with good quality items (bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruits, eggs, etc. The outdoor terrace was lovely, especially in the evening, and the hosts were always welcoming

Friendly helpful staff. Allowed early check-in. Convenient short walk to/from Piazzale Roma for non-stop, luggage-supported ATVO bus to/from Venice Marco Polo airport.

The hotel staff was nice to allow us to change room from a faraway from lobby with lots of steps to one without needing to climb steps as my friend can’t really take steps with her knee issues The hotel is also very near the water bus station & surrounded by bustling activities at night The only issue is the room doesn’t have heater so feel little cold at night but still manageable Hotel comes...

The facilities are bit old, we hope the hotel had more strong WiFi connection and power capacity wattage. But basically excellent stay! The staff was very friendly and we had no stress

Prime location. Good breakfast. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Only there was a drainage smell in the toilet. No iron is allowed. We enjoyed the prime location. On the whole, I had a great holiday .

It's Venice, so the room is not gigantic. The front desk service is impeccable, breakfast excellent and ample. Location can't be beat ( expect to walk if you want a bridge rather than a vaporetto.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is really good. However, the rooms are quite small, and over time, our shower started to give off a foul smell.

Just a quick walk from the bus stop, amazing setting. Cleanliness was questionable but bedding was nice and crisp. Good breakfast, you will find something to your liking.

There is a great restaurant just outside that offers great food! Armeties wise, the water pressure is good and heating rack works really well, warming up the toilet. The cubicle for showering is rather small though

We arrived at the Opia Hotel on the morning of March 18. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station. When we arrived at the hotel, it was already check-in time

The guy at the front desk took the initiative to store our luggage for us. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, he helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied

The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment were all very good. If I come again in the future, I will stay here again

The room is a little small, but the decoration is good. However, there are long stairs on the way to our room, which is very inconvenient for girls like us with large suitcases

Excellent location. A bit inconvenient that we had to carry luggage up the last flight of stairs as elevator does not go all the way to the top. I have bad wrists and cannot lift. Breakfast was great, but very crowded.

The only thing I'd like to point out is that, although it may not be related to the hotel, there were more mosquitoes than we expected, so it might be a good idea to bring some insect repellent both in the room and when sightseeing

Although our experience was very good, at 7pm there were two families that we ran into that were trying to check in. No one was there and no one was answering the phone

This hotel has an amazing location, just two minutes from St. We got off at San Zaccaria and it was right next door. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and cozy. The front desk staff was very friendly

The lady in charge there was very considerate, remindering us for the detail routes from the airport to the hotel by water bus. we would reserve this hotel if we come to Venice again

We were booked, without prior notice, into the only room on the ground floor, next to reception, for people with disabilities, so the bathroom and shower are low and uncomfortable

Furthermore, the windows overlook an interior courtyard that serves as a rest area for the kitchen staff, so there's no privacy if the curtains aren't closed all day

Incredible 3 night experience at this hotel with our 20 month old toddler. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and very nice, and were so good with our little one. We felt very welcomed and taken care of

The breakfast is really amazing. I think it’s the best experience in this hotel. Just be careful when you arrive to Venice it’s on St Marco island which you need to take a ferry or a water taxi too

We were upgraded to a luxurious king suite with a view of a canal and St. It was absolutely beautiful and totally comfortable. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff was helpful and friendly

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Rialto Bridge! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from Venice’s top sights, yet surprisingly calm and peaceful once you’re back at the hotel

Excellent mini-hotel. Exactly what I wanted. Near the canal, great location. Everything is close by! The market, the square, the cathedral, shops. The room was very nice, beautiful, warm, and inviting.

Barbara was a good host - very helpful information and was pleasant to work with!

It was a little warm while we were there (75 F) and although they have AC they weren’t allowed to use it before mid-May (city ordinance?), so the room was a little warm at night even with the windows open

The hostess Barbara was very helpful with directions, transportation and a recommendation for a great concert. The room was spacious and we liked having a coffee maker and access to filtered water

I loved the decor in the room, it was clean. The staff were nice, the location was perfect as it was centralized to many of the restaurants and shops and it was walkable.

It's quite close to the station, but if you have a large suitcase, you'll have to go over a large bridge with only stairs, which might be a bit tiring

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, and we almost missed it when we were looking for it. Although it's an older hotel, it's clean and tidy

I don't think that you can beat this place in Venice. The only disadvantage is that is a little bit far from Piazza Roma so you need to walk with the luggage for 10 minutes but everything else is just great

The location and price were both very good, and overall, I really enjoyed staying there. The room was small (as most in Venice are), but the bed was large and comfortable

The only real downsides were the noise — you can hear quite a lot from other rooms — and the very small shower. It would also be nice to have a kettle in the room for tea or coffee

It's literally the best hotel in Venice! It the location is perfect: right between the Rialto bridge and the San Marco square. There is a wonderful restaurant, located on the parallel street if you go north

Excellent location, but the steep stairs to the reception / rooms can be a challenge for some. The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed my room. Well placed light switches, great aircon, clean and comfortable bed
