There was a small misunderstanding with the reservation through the website, as an amount was blocked before our arrival, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally

And the view… even more incredible! Waking up to such a stunning scene made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Venice

Although there is currently some construction happening at the hotel, we stayed over the weekend and were not affected at all. It was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay

There is breakfast available for a charge on the stairs. I do recommend staying on the fourth floor for the views of the city are incredible

We loved the breakfast and the room was absolutely perfect, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared for our arrival

We would gladly recommend it and look forward to staying here again

I did find the email before confirmation unnecessarily long but it's just an attempt to be clear and concise. Layout of the apartment is a bit counterintuitive but these are older buildings

It was very clean, comfortable, silent, with every commoditity anyone need for à 3 days trip in Venice 👌 You can't find a better location in the city for an appartement, we visited the whole city by foot thanks to the perfect location ! This is a HUGE bonus to enjoy every part of the city 😍 I'll recommend your appartement to my family and friends that want to visit Venice ❤️

The only downside was the stair as there was no elevator on the building but the owner helped us move oyr luggage in and out. But for sure our next visit will be in this amazing apartment

The location was amazing, only a few steps away from the Rialto bridge. The beds were very comfortable, full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, beautifully designed apartment

It was a little bit tired but it is an older property Staff were wonderful and helpful and friendly Room was very cold so had to sleep in my clothes

However, a few points could be improved: The thin doors and walls make the hotel very noisy, making it easy to hear noise from neighbours. The furnishings are slightly old-fashioned, but still have a certain charm

As there were no vegan breakfast options, we didn't book breakfast. Overall a nice stay - especially recommended for travellers who value a central location and friendly service

Id definitely stay again when visiting Venice as good value

Our stay at the Hotel San Zaccaria was very nice overall

Nice attentive staff, good breakfast. typical small European rooms, tiny difficult shower. This was our only trip to Venice so it is difficult to compare. Location and helpful staff made up for other shortcomings

Great rooms with black out shutters and very good A.C.. Location isn't the most scenic but very convenient!

I was pleasantly surprised with hotel antigo trivatore, the room was nice and clean, the AC worked well and the batherooms were clean and had the necessary shower gel/shampoo

Small hotel, a little expensive because it is on the main island, but I think it is worth it, the room is not very small, the service is also good, and a bag of chocolates is given, and the refrigerator is very cold, I really don't like those hotels with refrigerators, but the temperature of the refrigerator is adjusted to the same as if there is no refrigerator

The showers were really good- hot water with good water pressure. The location was fantastic! Venice is like a maze and this hotel is quite easy to find from the water bus stop

The location is excellent and the sanitary conditions are great. The front desk provided very good service. Recommended

We only came with hand luggage so that made everything easier as you have to climb a few steps befoee you get to reception

The room was super clean! The staff was super friendly, breakfast was ok. Hot water wasn't hot enough for us, we didn't ask them to fix that as we stayed only for one night. Recommended!

We did not eat evening meals in the restaurant, with so much choice around us, but had the continental breakfast -  average, not worth changing your plans for, carbs, carbs, and more carbs

The hotel is located in an extremely central area of Venice, just steps away from the main tourist spots and very close to the big shopping district

I recently stayed at Hotel Malibran and overall had a very pleasant experience

All in all, I would stay there again, for the location

The breakfast is good, the location is convenient for travel, and you can store your luggage for free. The attitude is good and I am generally satisfied.

Excellent choice if you are staying centrally. Very clean hotel with fresh sheets, daily cleaning and new towels. Room and bathroom wonderfully historic. Beautiful historical hotel with lovely view from breakfast room

The location is very good, basically in the center of Venice, and the price is right. The facilities seem to have been updated, which is okay.

Helpful staff, good location and a good sized room with all required amenities. Except there was no wifi which is a basic these days

Large, comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a five minute walk to a large canal with lots of good restaurants. Kitchen has all you need to cook if desired

I cannot praise our stay at Albergheira Venezia enough. The rooms were fabulous and the location can’t be beaten

The staff were so helpful! They offered us good recommendations of restaurants and sightseeing within Venice

The host of the apartments is absolutely fantastic— always happy to help, so cheery, and just an all-around lovely man. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The weather wasn’t good so towels were still not completely dry the next day. There is a kitchenette and some utensils. Reception is not 24/7, reception times are 9am-12pm and 2pm to 7:30pm

Our final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here

Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is very cost-effective compared to hotels in the same location. The Grand Canal is visible from the window, and it is only a 5-minute walk to Piazza San Marco

So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner

You feel like you have come to visit distant relatives whom you have not seen since childhood. The room is stylized as antique, but there is no sticky dirt, typical of some old hotels

The hotel left only warm memories! I will definitely recommend it and will use it again myself if the opportunity arises! A very warm, family atmosphere

Breakfast was excellent, the bacon and eggs were good for hotel spec, the yogurt, cereals, pastries, waffles, toast and pancakes with jams and honey delicious, the serving staff did a good job under busy circumstances in a confined space, if this bothers you go stay at a soulless new hotel

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to St Marks, 2 ferry stops (St Marc and St Maria Del Giglio) lots of nice restaurants and shops, including the excellent cafe downstairs, it’s in the heart of old Venice and a great place to stay if you want to throw yourself into exploring this amazing city

This is an old, charming hotel of character in an ideal location not a Best Western (no offence BW are great too) so before you start complaining maybe research your stay in the appropriate hotel

Overall the rom was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed it

The bathroom was remodelled and it was great, super strong and hot shower, toilet and bidet, the only suggestion I would have is to relocate the towel rail from above the bidet, not a lot of other places to locate it but it made me nervous I was going to drop the towel into the bidet

Finally the staff including reception were VERY helpful and polite, they allowed us to stow our bags for a few hours and were ready to direct us to late night eating spots on our arrival at 10:30pm

Staff are professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet provides basic and limited choices but good enough. Could fuel up before going out and exploring the city

The bathroom is small with a lovely shower not quite a power shower but it was good pressure and plenty of hot water

Excellent hotel 10 minutes from attractions, modest breakfast, but it’s there and that’s a plus

A good base to explore Venice. Reasonably sized comfortable room. Good, slightly dated bathroom, but powerful shower. Very clean. Continental breakfast was ok. All staff were very pleasant.

Upon leaving as the staff told me I took water bus at San Marco (Vallaresso) SX station to train station, the boat journey was longer but the walking was easier. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Breakfast is continental but a nice range of cake, croissants, biscuits, yoghurt, cereal and some fruit with ham, cheese. I had a very early departure and they didn’t offer a breakfast before 7

I had a very good deal so this was ok with me. Water at disposal, sparkling and mineral, for free

Very close to Piazza San Marco, Ponte Rialto and the famous Cafe Florian which is an incredible experience for breakfast. Go early 9am to avoid queuing. Amazing atmosphere and nice restaurants and people

Absolutely loved this beautiful little boutique hotel, would have no hesitation in staying there again, the staff were exceptionally friendly, nothing was a problem at all, the rooms were immaculately clean, the area is a perfect location to see Venice, would have no hesitation in staying again

Great place to stay, close to everything. Very quiet but walls are paper thin so it depends on the other guests (I was lucky). Single room was fine but bathroom is very tiny, especially the shower

We did have some trouble keeping the water in the shower area. Please know that this hotel is located in more of a residential area, so there will be noises in the morning and late evening as people pass by

The hotel location was very picturesque, was surrounded by lots of good bars and restaurants and gave easy foot access to the rest of Venice. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of mediterranean breakfast items

The best thing about this stay was the hotel staff, who were very friendly and gave some fantastic recommendations, so we were able to discover some Venice sights that we would otherwise have missed! Would highly recommend

We booked at the last minute and the lady on reception sent us all our details really quickly and helped us find the hotel. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and a really good price as well

We really liked that this location felt more private than a standard hotel. The staff went out of their way to welcome us. Such a nice touch to have hot water for tea and coffee available

The only negative thing was soundproofing of the room door was very poor, I could hear other guests in the evening and early in the morning

Ladies who manage breakfast are super friendly and helpful and only a 2 minute walk to the waterbus that takes you to the airport (Guglie) and another water bus stop close by so everywhere in Venice and surrounding islands can be reached in minutes

Rosso Charm is a very nice place to stay for some days in Venice. Not far from the railway station. All did work properly with the booking. Room and bath were clean and well equipped. Breakfast in the backyard was great

Check in and out was also very simple. Mateo communicated everything in advance and we just followed his instructions. Lovely to wake in the morning open the window and hear the life of the city

I loved the location - it’s right on the main walk that goes through the city all the way to San Marco. There was an abundance of restaurants all around. And the room had so much charm

I was a solo female traveler and needed somewhere to stay that was local and safe. It is walkable from the train station with luggage

Elegant and clean environment, kindness and professionalism at the top, well located, attention to detail is extraordinary, definitely to be recommended, normal prices, a trip to Venice cannot be missed.

I want to especially note the quality, comfortable mattresses and pillows. sufficient soundproofing and the noise of the city in the evening and at night was not heard

We had a lovely stay at Locanda Art Deco. We stayed in one of the attic rooms which are at a slightly lower rate due to the angled ceilings. The room was clean and air conditioned which was a blessing in the heat wave

The property was tastefully furnished, comfortable, welcoming, managed with courtesy and kindness, spotlessly clean, and located a short distance from San Marco and two piers

The staff were kind to us and allowed us to keep a couple of bags there on our last day after check out, so that we could have one last walk around the city

The whole building has been thoughtfully furnished to a consistent aesthetic. The location couldn't be better, you are in the middle of San Marco

All amenities in the flat worked well, good WiFi, and there was some food there for us - crisp bread butter and jam, which was very handy as most places shut by 10pm

The host was excellent, very helpful, and stayed to greet us as our flight was delayed by a few hours

Really handy for main sights - Doge's Palace and St Mark's Square a 10 minute walk, Rialto bridge a further 10 minutes (depending on the crowds) which also has a relatively large and well stocked (De)Spar supermarket

There are some restaurants open to the early hours - but not nearby. Gelato was brilliant everywhere. Balcony was really useful, aircon essential and worked well and the bed incredibly comfortable

You can get a waterbus directly from Marco Polo airport to the Arsenale - 15 euros each - 2 minutes walk from there to the flat

We’ve got a room with the pictures and it felt out of place The location is great I guess if you like to be in the city centre but we’ve realised that it’s more convenient for us to be away from it I think the price you pay for the location is good but I’m not a fan of it

Great place to stay , yes place is outdated but im sure most place in this area are. Staff was friendly and informative, always responsive and supportive

Would recommend 6min walk from water taxi that drops you off from airport. Everything within walking distance. Thank you staff for wonderful experience

Hotel offers a little water bottle for each guest which is in the mini bar. And hotel took the time to provide those guests with information and a map of the city!

Before we arrived we received a good instruction on how to find the hotel, and it was easy to find when arriving late in the evening
