Service: Excellent, especially the breakfast service. I selected my breakfast the day before, and staff delivered it to my room in the morning – a truly Italian experience

Facilities: The room was large and comfortable, with classic décor. Environment: There was a password-protected door downstairs; self-check-in was available. It's located near the Aman Hotel

Friendly reception, simple but comfortable rooms in s great location. Breakfast is good too!

The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room

Nice clean comfortable It was comfortable, clean, and location was also good. Good sound proofing. No air conditioning though, they said its only available in summer months. But they provided us with a fan.

This property was really good and location is amazing. Very Helpful staff and receptionist with glasses very nice lady i forgot her name. 3 minutes to Rialto Bridge and 4 minutes to St Marks square

Middle location and lots of options for restaurants and bar within 2minutes of walking. Canal view rooms with balcony is amazing we loved the room it was very classy. I must recommend everyone to stay here

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Stayed with my husband as a treat for my 60th birthday and that’s all I can say is wow! The room was stunning and very very clean,overlooking a canal,just beautiful

Recommended to arrive before 7 pm as they said no one will be at the reception after that time. It was tucked away in a quiet alley in between busier streets with shopping and restaurants

This was such a wonderful and special place ; so close to everything east to get to very clean ; always fresh breakfast in our room which I loved ; It was a special Birthday and Sara made sure it was by getting champagne and a rose for me to surprise him in the morning: nice warm baked yummy goods in the morning , Elisa and Sara were very helpful telling us the great places for shopping and restaurants

Spectacular! I loved staying at Ca’ Della Loggia hotel. It made our stay in Venice even more special. We arrived almost at midnight and had no issues to check in, as it is a self service, with very clear instructions

The staff was definitely the best part, super nice and they even had a cute dog, Thiago, who was asking for cuddles 🥰 Last but not least, after we checked out, we were able to leave all our luggage there for unlimited time, and they offered us a bathroom to clean us before leaving Venice

In-room breakfast was solid- pastry, fruit, coffee, toast, yogurt. By far the best aspect was the bed. This was the most comfortable mattress I slept on in all of Europe (7 hotels in 3 countries)

Next morning we asked for the breakfast and to our surprise it was served on the table we have on the room. The breakfast was delicious, big enough and having it on the room made it romantic

There was no safe in the room but the air conditioning was very efficient and it was easy to use, the controls allowing us to change the temperature to a level that was sufficient to cope with the heatwave we experienced when in Venice

The Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square are walkable or just a short journey on the vaporetto. The accommodation represents good value (for Venice) and is quiet and clean

This wasn’t the only occasion where she was pro-active and we were impressed that she often seemed to anticipate our needs without us having to request services. Both members of staff kept the room very clean

It was fairly basic; yogurt, granola, salami, cheese and croissant with fruit juice, tea, coffee and water. Locanda Ca’ Del Brocchi is well located, close to galleries and vaporetto stops

Our room was quite traditional, with the walls of the bedroom having a textile covering. Despite this, the bathroom was modern with a spacious shower. Basic toiletries were supplied

Despite being close to these attractions, the accommodation was very quiet. Rooms were on the first floor accessed by a staircase with beautiful Venetian masks

The rooms were a good size, always clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected, with plenty of river boats nearby to access the whole city

As for the down sides: i would say the temperature of the water was impossible to regulate (or it would be cold or really hot), also in the morning period it was a bit loud (with breakfast preparation and movement) so after 8 it was relly difficult to rest

Stayed three days before we went on a cruise out of Trieste. Hotel was easy to find as it is on the Grand Canal just a block or so from Rialto Bridge. We took a water taxi from the airport

Centrally located and extremely convenient for arriving from the airport with the Alilaguna ferry. Delightful apartment with all the amenities you could need. The five of us had a wonderful time

Although you have to walk up six flight of stairs, you come to an apartment at the top floor opening to a spare bed room, lounge, master bed room, toilet bathroom and kitchen

The Italian style apartment has open air windows showcasing the streets of Venice. Nice comfortable apartment with all amenities provided. The owners are nice and welcoming

This is a great apartment which is right in the centre of Venice just behind the dogge palace

Perfectly located, just next to the St. Mark's Square and 2 steps away from the vaporetto station in S. Apartment was very clean and fully equiped with all appliances. Beds are especially comfortable

Superb Enjoyed our time in Venice, breakfast was superb, hot and cold dishes to choose from, we had bacon and eggs, fruit salad with yoghurt, even traditional cakes to eat, plus the lovely hot cappuccino, rooms were lovely with a comfortable queen size bed, nice big shower area too, highly recommended

A constructive criticism, the issue of changing towels: we left the shower ones hanging up well so that they wouldn't change them and not waste water but they still did it 😔 they could leave information on how to leave the ones that need to be changed and the ones that don't

I have just returned from a weekend stay in one of the deluxe rooms. The room was spotless and very comfortable with fantastic views over the canal. The staff were also fantastic, very professional and helpful

Everything fantastic, location, treatment, cleanliness. In terms of facilities, I don't like the fact that to get to the room you had to go up three floors by a narrow and quite vertical staircase

The pictures of fhe rooms do not do any grace. I picked this hotel because it was near the train station. I felt safe. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.

No elevator - we were on the 4th floor - good exercise :) The staff was fabulous - We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet and they held our luggage and even put it in our room for us

This hotel is really close to Sta Lucia train station, actv dock & lots of restaurant around the area, hotel is very clean & cozy, bathroom is big, comfortable bed, big closet that fits luggages, nice staff, very friendly

We booked this hotel having never been to Venice before and it was a great find! A stones throw from the waterbus stop which takes you to the airport and all of the other tourist places, and located near bars, restaurants and a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square and Strada Nova

Fantastic location - easily accessible from airport ferry (especially if you are pulling a large and heavy suitcase) and vaporetto. Can easily walk to many places as well. Rooms are a good size and comfortable

A great stay here at the Hotel Vecellio! Comfy bed, lovely clean room. Great view from the front (we had room no. 8) and the breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great! Would recommend

We spent five nights at Console Palais in late July 2025 with our extended family of six, including one person using a wheelchair, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations

Rather good rooms, decent size with a double bed and bathroom. Cleanliness seemed to be fine but general wear and tear could be a bit better. Good staff and a decent included breakfast served 07:30-10:00 each morning

The breakfast is great (only missing scrambled eggs), it is in one of the best location in the city, the room is decorated in an old style making it very cozy. I would recommend for anyone staying in Venice

The localisation is very good : 5min from St Marc Place. The personnel is very kind. But no view from the windows, a very small TV, very small bathroom and very smal shower. The breakfast included is a good asset 👍

Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower

The bed was quite large and very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice power shower with a modern spa-style set up with various jets, so was great for the end of a day spent walking around all the canals

Quite a pungent smell of mould in both the room and the external bathroom. Good size but a bit dark and dingy. Great location particularly when arriving by train.

Bed was confortable, fast wifi and not too expensive considering you are in Venice. However, no good view despite its 3 windows, the bathroom outside was clean but a bit unconvenient

Venice is a must-visit city and to stay in the right location is key to confidently discover it – and that’s what Abatea at San Marco offers. The accommodation is located a few steps from all the major monuments

At the same time, it’s also very close to the water transport navigating to and from the train station, the airport, and the islands. The accommodation is impeccably clean, nicely decorated and bright

Also, since Abatea is so central you can have the luxury of going to your own bathroom during the day, refill your bottle with fresh water from the fridge and go out again

By doing that you save lots of money and exercise at the same time by going up the steps of the building! Just go for it. Abatea is really a win – win, in all aspects

A very clean, elegant, spacious, and feels like home apartment in Venice. It is located in a quiet street away from the main hustle and bustle streets, yet all the main attractions are only a few minutes' walk away

A wonderful experience! I booked Cà Sofia for three nights and it was the fairytale vacation I'd always dreamed of in Venice. The apartment is very convenient, centrally located and close to the main attractions

What also impressed me was its location in a quiet, authentic, and less touristy neighborhood, with two supermarkets nearby and a few places to eat surrounded by Venetians

We had the green and white pinstripe room. It was so nice! The service is amazing! We had breakfast in bed. You can check the preferable hour and the ingredients to be served next morning and hang it outside your door

We had called her and she gave us the exact directions and codes to get into the property and eventually in our room and we did that with no problem at all. We just checked in the next morning

A simple Italian breakfast was included and delivered to the room door. Our room was large and clean, the bed comfortable with fresh smelling sheets. We had a table, chairs and a fridge

The bathroom was clean, the shower produced plenty of hot water and there was a radiator to dry your wet towel. The hosts were really friendly and made us feel very welcome

United Airlines cancelled our flight ten minutes prior to leaving and Anna was extremely helpful with getting us what we needed for transportation and if we needed to stay longer they were going to accommodate this We rented the executive suite with the sauna and the Turkish bath which my husband and I enjoyed both nights! A bottle of Persecco was awaiting us upon arrival and the breakfast was absolutely...

Loved our stay at Excess! Our stay at Excess Hotel was amazing. From before we arrived until we checked out they were really helpful in getting us transportation, recommendations for food, and other things in the area

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay

We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the restaurant strip and probably a 10 minute walk from the bus station
