Good and economic place to stay in Venice. Of course you don’t stay in the hotel room for the entire day hence the view from the window doesn’t really matter
Service was very good, as the reception and breakfast was nice and helpful. The location was also extremely convenient, for it was right next to a boat station and the main train station
The waterbus-stops are also very nearby from this place. Most importantly, the train station is right there like almost 500 m from the hotel. Overall superb location, good service
Would have given 5 stars for everything including location, welcoming staff, good food. but major problem was that wi-fi was working ONLY on ground floor lounge area and NOT in any of the rooms
Very good
Restaurent women was not very nice receptionist neither . Other guy was very nice , humble hotel
Amazing hotel! Located literally 5 minutes from the train station. All the sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was 10/10 – varied, delicious, and lots of fruit. The hotel gave us a complimentary welcome drink
Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had. We got a handwritten message wishing us to have a good honeymoon once we got in the room
Lovely but the room was not the best value for price. I recommend requesting a room with nice view maybe on second floor beforehand if possible
Rooms were clean and comfortable and location was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were on the ground floor - there was definitely a smell from the canal which wasn’t pleasant but unavoidable
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around
good environment, safe district
Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio
Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help
F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch
Excellent location, the room is small, but clean and cozy, it feels like it has been recently renovated, there are two minuses - there is no tea and coffee set or welcome water in the room.
Spacious jr suite with windows directly over the canal was just what we were looking for. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A great location between San Marco and Rialto.
Very satisfied. The environment is very good. The front desk is also very enthusiastic! ! ! ! The transportation is also very convenient! ! ! ! I will come back next time! ! ! ! ! Very nice hotel! ! !
Just not a good experience with that, but there were no problems with anything else and, again, the staff were great
The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to St. Mark's Square, situated on a street with luxury shops. It's a historic hotel with a distinctive style
Hotel Saturnia is amazing! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. It has canal access for water taxis and is on one of the nicest streets in all of Venice, and very close to all of the action that is St
My wife and I are currently staying at the Hotel Saturnia on a 4 night break and we have been so impressed. The hotel is beautiful and has so much character
Perfect location for exploring Venice and easy access to public transportation (Giglio stop for Alilaguna from airport and Vaporetto) just 4 minutes walk away. Excellent breakfast with cappuccinos made to order
Spotless
Good location
Good breakfast
Would stay again
Centrally located in the heart of the Venice tourist area, easy walk to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. The breakfast is fantastic and the customer service is superior. A wonderful place to stay in Venice.
The hotel is a bit hard to find, but the service is very old-fashioned and impeccable; it doesn't use room cards like in China, you open the door with a key.
Very nice hotel, clean, beautiful. Staff very nice, but the best was the bathroom/shower and firm mattress.
I’m in love with this hotel! The best experience in my 10 visits to Venice 🙏 everything was perfect, the room, the service, accommodations, cosmetics, staff, location, food, attention, care and support! You are the best! Definitely booking for next stay
Location is excellent close to main attractions.
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room however was very warm, found out on day 2 that the air con was controlled centrally so was sorted by reception as soon as I asked for it to be set to cool instead of heat
Well located hotel, with easy (vaporetto and by foot) connections to all parts of Venice. Breakfast was included and was good. There is a supermarket a couple of mins away
For those with mobility issues but does not use a wheelchair, please check what the hotel has in place to support you when the lift does not work. We chose this hotel as it has lift access to all floors
The hotel enjoys a great location, with good restaurants in the surrounding area and comprehensive facilities.
So much dust in the room, but the drain has a modern design unlike traditional grooved pattern which good.
On the day we were checking out, the power was shut off for works (by the local govt and not the hotel). This resulted in the lifts being inaccessible, making it impossible for one person in our party to access the room
I just spent two nights at the Palazzo hotel in a junior suite and was completely satisfied. The front desk was courteous and attentive to your needs. They were helpful in reserving a water taxi for me

Clean rooms and attentive staff. They gave us partial canal view room and welcomed us with champagne for our stay. Location is perfect and close to everything. About 7 mins to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco
If you arrive by private water taxi you will step off the boat straight into the hotel lobby - a very novel experience. The reception staff are professional, friendly and happy to help with any query you might have
Stayed here our first night on our honeymoon and wished we had booked for longer. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. We had the most stunning balconies in our room and bathroom overlooking a canal
We arrived by water taxi, into the hotels dock. It was expensive, but worth it for the experience. Lovely Hotel, would stay again. All the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were palatial
It was a wonderful honeymoon at a really nice hotel!
When I let them know in advance that it was my honeymoon, they brought champagne to our room as a surprise, as you would expect from a 4-star hotel
Staff are very helpful and we loved the overlooking balconies by their second floor lounge. Thank you for the hospitality
Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management
A good location, comfortable room and amazing amenities, good eating options and easy transportation
It's one of very few hotels that has a terrace on the grand canal, it's an easy walk to most of the city yet is usefully distant from the seathing tourist districts, it's five minutes from the excellent Bakaro restaurant and the room was lovely, well designed and beautifully crafted
Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain
You could get a drink and sit out on the veranda and watch the grand canal. Venice was super crowded the weekend we were here, but the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again
The outdoor terrace for breakfast and dinner is romantic and magical, a front row seat to Venetian day time water life and nighttime beauty. Our room was well appointed and immaculate
We had an excellent stay and superb concierge service from Mattia! I highly recommend this place! Great location and walking distance to many cafes, restaurant, and shops
A breathtaking hotel in a quiet, uncrowded part of Venice—a great escape from the tourist traps. The design is stunning, with high ceilings featuring Renaissance-style artwork and and a luxury gym
But it was a buffet and it was delicious. The only downside was that breakfast started at 8 so if you want to go more sightseeing in Venice it’s a bit more difficult
Just be careful when booking: double-check your room category, as the classic rooms are MUC smaller than the pictures show
An absolutely excellent hotel, the best one I stayed at during my European trip. The room decor was very high-end and stylish
Excellent location – close to tourist attractions, but not on a noisy street. Directly opposite the hotel is a vaporetto stop for the airport, which is very convenient for arrival or departure
Wonderful, charming little place. Staff were so kind and helpful, breakfast was so good, lovely rooms. It was so easy to get everywhere and right on a busy street but you would never know it, very quiet
The staff always go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of. The front desk and concierge team are exceptional, friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail
Breakfast was very nice service good. Staff on front desk very helpful and friendly. Large air-conditioned area to wait if departure is after check out time. They will also look after your bags
Stayed here 3 night with my daughter. First they let us check in early which was amazing. Bathroom clean, water pressure in shower very good. Clean towel every day, which was nice
The staff noticed and immediately offered to move us into a larger room the following morning. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and really showed the level of care they give to their guests
Bathroom had some very nice touches like the normal shower gel shampoo but also little box's with cotton buds and nail file and cotton pads. Room has tea and coffee but no pots of long life milk

The area is filled with art shops and galleries, and it's wonderfully quiet, away from the bustling commercial streets. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is excellent, served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee machine not so good but staff were happy for you to order an espresso directly from them which was far superior
A warm welcome from the entire hotel team! The front desk staff were very attentive to us 😊 Great location! The breakfast was very good and complete 😋
Perhaps the only thing missing was eggs other than scrambled and hard boiled. Fried or poached on order would have been appreciated perhaps with more fruit than apples - but everything available was very good
The hotel's location is excellent, tucked away in a quiet alley. Even the hotel entrance itself is incredibly photogenic (all the pictures were taken right outside the hotel)
As a solo traveler, I was especially pleased to experience her support and genuine hospitality. She is a true gem of this hotel! ♥️
My room offered a magical view of the church, captivating at any time of day
We had an excellent stay at Ca’Nigra Lagoon Resort this weekend. Wonderful hospitality from Miriam and the entire team at the front desk
Exceptional
What a beautiful hotel, right on the Grand Canal. Lovely garden area to sit and chill and watch the world go by ! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - staff were always on hand and helpful.
Beautiful clean property, with canals on both sides. Nice green courtyards and trees, good food and service:) Close to the train and amenities. Room very nice, updated yet still classic Venice
Our room was ready at the guaranteed 2pm time and we were delighted by the luxurious touches and antique furniture in the Room 106 junior suite
Great location, easy check in, and friendly staff. Close proximity to a Vaporetto stop made it easy to get around the island.
It featured a private terrace with canal views, a huge bed, and a lovely soaking tub. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station, with only 2 bridges to cross with suitcases

With a fantastic terrace that overlooks the lagoon, an elevator and its proximity to both the vaporetto and the alilaguna, this hotel can make for an excellent choice for people that don't want to lug bags up and down the stairs of Venice
The only negative was that the air conditioner isn’t turned on until June and as the bedroom was stifling hot I opened the windows and was bitten by mosquitoes 20 times on our last night, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this gem of a hotel but I would recommend that the hotel change their policy regarding the air conditioner and I’d make sure to bring mosquito repellents regardless
Outstanding hotel with a perfect location and a room view over the lagoon. Just a 3‑minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. Great breakfast and very friendly, attentive service.
Reception kindly provided us with a plugin insect repellent since our device would not fit Italian socket. Room was noisy at night due to canal traffic etc Breakfast - very little choice for gluten intolerant guests
Only the hairdryer socket in bathroom could be used with a current European plug adapter - which was inconvenient. Our room overlooked the canal so we didn’t open the window due to there being mosquitoes
Locando Vivaldi is an amazing quaint little hotel, beautifully decorated, we felt like we’d stepped back in time. It’s ideally located on the waterfront in close proximity to St Mark’s Square
Great location, rooms are good for price location You can find better rooms if your willing to walk a little more
Good experience from visiting Murano for crystal making factory organise by the hotel without any charge.
Excellent facilities and service, with a convenient location, making it a top choice for travelers.
The hotel is a decent place to stay n the location is convenient... like this hotel.
The shower water supply can be improved as the water can change from hot to cold.
Best location, next to a supermarket, restaurants, attractions. Good breakfast. The sofa and dinning chairs are old.
The room was quite spacious, and the location was excellent. However, the facilities were just average.
Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast options, as I prefer having it at local coffee bars. Would for sure stay there again. The only downside was the fact that I ended up memorizing the entrance code on my last day :)))
A good and clean hotel that is very close to the major tourist attractions in Venice. Finding the hotel can however be somewhat difficult.
For years now, when picking a hotel - I go with location rather than anything else. This one was a bit strange at first. I was in the single room and actually giggled when walked in
All the staff were extremely helpful. They made all the transfer arrangements to and from the hotel very easy. Breakfast had good variety and the room was clean and comfortable
Definitely smaller than most rooms in most places I stayed, but hey - had everything for any traveler. I like to leave early and come back only to sleep
Room was spotless by the time I came back for sleep. Because it is a small place noise was not an issue at all. For a single traveler - was all I wanted! Thank you!
However, if stairs aren’t an issue, this hotel is an excellent choice. The surrounding area features several great restaurants and a charming café that is a favorite among visitors
This hotel has great rooms, being fairly priced and nice and spacious. It is in a great location being near St. The staff were also very good and happy to help with whatever
Breakfast was served until a decent time (10am), and had a good selection of pastries and cold meats and cheese
The antique furnishings and elegant décor give it a classic Venetian feel, while amenities such as WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay
One important detail to consider is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so travelers with heavy luggage or mobility concerns should plan accordingly
Situated just a six-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and eight minutes from the Rialto Bridge, this hotel blends historic charm with modern comforts
Excellent! We got the room with the view of the Grand Canal and it was totally worth it. Full service European breakfast. And included a taxi ride to Marano, which is also a must see
She upgraded us to the Grand Canal view and that was wonderful!! We had booked a view of the side canal but the upgrade was extraordinary and we would definitely book that next time! Had a great time staying here, rooms were pretty, got the authentic experience of arriving by water taxi and leaving to explore the city through skinny meandering alleys
Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel very stylish boutique vibe. Only issue the safe didn’t work. Terminals for the battery’s were corroded, which probably caused the malfunction. Great position would recommend.
A beautiful boutique hotel, right on the grand canal. Gorgeously designed, the rooms feel modern, spacious and luxurious. The bar also feels lovely, and has a small balcony for two that looks out over the grand canal
The hosts, as everyone has said, are gracious, kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by local restaurants and cafes that serve amazing food and drink just a few minutes walk away
Great hotel on the Grand Canal. Near the Rialto Bridge but away from the hustle and bustle there. Quiet and welcoming, and the owner/host is wonderfully helpful and welcoming

Had a fantastic experience here! The atmosphere was welcoming and the drinks were excellent. A special shout-out to the barmaid Naeem who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home
The breakfast was brilliant, far beyond what we expected, with the waiting staff there being particularly good
The location was excellent - close to everything for a terrific flavour of Venice!
The breakfast was typical Italy with a huge choice of different Pastries, bread, cheese, ham, fresh cutted fruits, yogurts. Everyday there was different warm dishes like Parmigiana or Lasagne and vegetables
On demand they prepared your eggs as like you want. Even a large variety of coffee was available and juices. The staff was very friendly and served the breakfast in a very nice room in Palazzo Style!
Incredible from start to finish.
The team is so friendly, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is on another level! Everything was delicious.
I would definitely return.
Thank you!
LOYAL
Very nice hotel situation in a great location. The hotel sent up a bottle of prosecco when we first arrived. The bathroom in the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to others
This hotel is just fabulous! Amongst the many excellent features are the superb location within a stone’s throw from all the top sites, the spacious rooms and the excellent service
Got a waterbus directly from the airport (approx 1 hour on the orange line) A 2 minute walk from the stop to the hotel. Lovely location in a quiet square. Hotel is very traditional, spotlessy clean and very central
Thanks to Chiara and Slyvia and the team for an excellent stay. My daughters birthday was recognised with a lovely bottle of prosecco. A lovely fresh fruit basket upon arrival also in the room
A lovely city to visit and would definitely stay in this hotel again due to its location and excellent service
Friendly hotel set on a quiet canal in cannaregio. Excellent staff here who really make your stay enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very good with lots of choice
The location is excellent—quiet yet perfectly placed for walking around Venice. A charming hotel that truly adds to the Venetian experience
It was a good stay am helpful team.
We got a map on our arrival that made moving around seem less
The room was comfortable and spacious and was cleaned up every day and we really appreciated the free bottles of water left for us. We also loved the location! Great bars/shops/restaurants in the nearby area
Rooms are comfortable, clean, and very well maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful
We stayed at Ai Mori d’Oriente as two couples and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean
