All the folks at the Reception and even at the bar are very courteous. Porter had a lovely smile on his face too.
Rooms are bit old but nice as it gives a village vibe. Breakfast is good too.
Very very close to San Marco square and easily walkable to many attractions nearby. Staff was 12/10 always friendly and doing the extra mile in terms of service and room details
Breakfast was really good with a big variety and excellent service. Room size is decent, the view was overlooking the back street. This hotel definitely wins because of its central location
Great hotel in an ideal location, a real oasis in the busy tourist packed streets of Venice! Rooms very clean and well serviced. Good breakfast from 7:30 to start the days adventures. with a view of the Basillica as well!
We had a fantastic day in Venice, and the Concordia was a part of making it easy and beautiful!!
Shortly after our booking… The hotel staff reached out with a super professional email offering to help us plan our trip in anyway possible… I was so pleasantly surprised at their proactive approach to guest relations!
We had one of the terrace view rooms… Lovely room with a second story leading up to the...
We also arranged the transfer from the airport and as mentioned… It was expensive but so well worth it on the arrival!
All around… A fantastic experience… Thanks to the hotel Concordia staff!
The hotel room was better than we expected, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great very near Piazza San Marcos. The breakfast had little options but all of them were good
The room is small but comfortable. has a bed, dressing table and good bathroom. ideal for people who will spend most of their time sightseeing. staff are friendly. location is superb
Very good location and nice service but the room next to elevator is a bit too loud. You can also hear people in the room next to you talking.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to St. Mark's Square, and the service is friendly. The room is Venetian style, rather ornate, but that's the charm of it
We were very comfortable, it has everything you need, an excellent location.
This is the second time we have stayed at your hotel! We are very satisfied! It suits us perfectly! The breakfast is generous, the hotel is well located!!!
Very nice hotel in a good location. The windows of our first room were blocked with scaffolding but when I requested a different room they moved us right away. Very clean and a good breakfast.
A good hotel with a lovely breakfast. Very close to St. Mark’s Square. The room was nice and lovely, and the reception staff were friendly.
It was the first visit to Venice with my sister, and it was very clean and moody and very satisfying to stay in the hotel. The breakfast is also good with lots of variety and amount for us.
We actually upgraded our room at the last minute for a modest sum and got a suite, which was unbelievable, like palace rooms! The hotel is spotlessly clean, beds and room excellent, staff are amazing and could not do enough
It was great. The location is excellent and the staff are very nice.
I like this hotel, especially the main entry (very atmospheric).
Rooms was cosy. Location is very good on a quiet street.
Excellent hotel and location right in the centre, just a few minutes walk away from all the main attractions. Hotel was very clean. Fabulous breakfast and excellent stadf
Beautiful hotel, historical with service a food very good. Classic rooms, but not well maintained, but we came for the location and not too fussed about the quality
Everything really nice, only that the rooms are not quiet up to a acceptable standard, and a little run down, unkept otherwise excellent
We enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel room, preferring character vs sterile modern; also our suite was spacious and clean. We are in our 70’s, so we were happy to find that the hotel is located close to city center
The included breakfast had a wonderful variety along with freshly prepared food. We discovered the hotel’s affiliated restaurant had such delicious dinners, we ate there 2 of our 3 nights in Venice
Mossimo made sure we were happy with his attentive and professional manner
Ca'di Dio-Small Luxury Hotel features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Venice. Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property.
Apart from the bar manager- who was very rude. Everyone was amazing. The reception staff were excellent. The room was superb. Location- 5 mins walk to Rialto bridge. A great tradition hotel.
Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive
The hotel was excellent, clean and very courteous staff. The breakfast was delicious.
The hotel was lovely and in a great location. The staff were amazing! They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Almost all of them said Happy Birthday to my wife which was really nice and a great personal touch
The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly
They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to
I absolutely adored this hotel! So perfectly located - close to all the Roman landmarks. The area surrounding is quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable. 10/10. Will be visiting again.
We checked in for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, Canal View (Canal Grande) it was very nice pleasant room. Staff are super friendly offering all way to help out all day
room all amenities are available and room is super clean. The only downside in the bathroom that the shower room is very small, although it has a separated bath. I shall suggest they merge both for more convenance
Room in new part of hotel is great with view on the canal. Great service. Parking on location is unique.
The location is superior and breakfast room makes you feel home
The location is good. It's close to the station. You have to cross a bridge. Entering from the back door has fewer steps. No free water. The bathroom drains slowly.

The Staff were incredibly nice and pleasant. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use a renovation. I recommend staying at Hotel Bisanzio, I believe I received a very good value for my money
Front desk staff were extra helpful and friendly. A short walk from public water buses and St Marks square. Id say a very comfortable and and well maintained Venice Hotel.
The room have all necessities, like slippers and shower products, and also toothbrush set from the staff, which is really good. The hotel is close to a boat station, which is convenient for travel
Convenient location, shops nearby , close to the shore and good variety of food for breakfast. Room controlled Aircon, very comfortable.
The gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and full of ideas of things to see and do that visitors might not know about. The breakfast was wonderful in the garden each morning. We highly recommend this hotel
Our room, a junior suite, was spacious, bright, very clean and quiet. The venetian glass chandelier and sconces were a beautiful touch. The check in was smooth, the welcome warm
our bags were helped up by a bellhop and we were shown to our beautiful expansive room. the hotel location itself was in a perfect spot; everything seemed to be an easy 5-10 minute walk away
We were fortunate to be given a room on our arrival am. However this room is designed for disabled persons and very basic layout for wheel chair access. Good to know they have a wheelchair access bathroom/shower and room
Also, easy to find great restaurants and bars that charge average prices with proper local food within a maximum 10 min walking distance. Breakfast could have more variety but it is good quality
Thanks
For an old building and for Venice the rooms were large well equipped and very quiet, Very up to date
Breakfast is limited but a good selection
My wife and I spent 4 lovely days in Venice and Hotel A La Commedia made our stay all the more memorable. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located. The staff catered to our every need
Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - Central enough to walk or catch the water bus yet somehow quiet enough for when you want to sleep. The staff is great, particularly at reception
The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and were always ready to provide excellent recommendations—from hidden local eateries to the best vaporetto stops
We arrived by private water taxi from the airport, well worth it. Enter hotel directly from dock. Staff were really friendly, efficient. Room amazing, gigantic ceiling height and curtains with huge chandelier
There is a lot of pieces in the room so we just move the table/chair to the corner to make more space. Little garden inside the hotel. Breakfast room elegant, lots of choice and good quality
It is a buffet with waiter service which is a novelty. Next to water bus stop which we used a lot to get around. Lots to walk to including Rialto bridge and Effuzi palace (amazing)
The modern bathroom was a delight—complete with a walk-in rain shower, premium toiletries, sleek fixtures, and excellent water pressure
Natural light floods the common spaces, giving an open, airy ambiance. It’s obvious that no detail was spared when updating this once-classic palazzo into a sophisticated hotel experience. My room was equally impressive
Fantastic location and very comfortable hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, lovely rooms and excellent choice of breakfast foods.
Such a great neighborhood, hidden far enough away from the tourist crowds while not being too far from tourist attractions. The staff is kind, helpful and very pleasant
Great hotel. Very impressed. Staff lovely and location really good for easy access to all areas but just outside the super busy parts.
Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. Everything was excellent. Great option for families and couples alike.
We opted for the superior room with canal view and we are so glad we spent the extra money. We had our own very little terrace on a side canal and it was so magical
Located a very short walk from the Academia water-bus station. The hotel is in the Dorsoduro neighborhood, full of charm and unique shops and delicious restaurants
Excellent Hotel, staff very polite and best breakfast.
It's quite luxurious and has a good location, but you need to take a water taxi and push your suitcase along a rocky path and cross several bridges to get there. The rooms are large, but too expensive
Clean and quiet room, elegant bathroom, excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Quiet location.
Great stay at this hotel! Bed was very comfortable, large safe, robes! The breakfast was good. Walking distance to major attractions. Excellent AC! Overall, a good stay!
It seems to be owned by a group. There are not many rooms. It is a good hotel in the center of Venice. It is very convenient to take a water taxi directly from St. Lucia train station to the hotel.
It had paintings on the ceiling, original marble and mosaic flooring. The service was great - helpful, correct information and nothing was too much trouble for the guys on the front desk

Excellent location. Clean room but a little tired with a minor damp odour. Friendly staff.
Perfect service and a refined experience
Beautiful hotel with great service and lovely finishes. Less touristy area but very accessible to all the sites of Venice.
Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Absolutely beautiful, way access via vaporetto and i had a flight out at 6am and the water taxi picked me up right outside the hotel. 100%would stay again!
The attention to detail in the decor also really helps you escape into the old Venetian world with thoughtful modern luxuries
The experimental is a perfect little slice of Venetian heaven! super quiet, uber comfortable rooms, perfect location
Venezia 2025
It’s the middle of a scorching European summer. It’s also 2025. This hotel would be perfect if it had air conditioning in the common areas.
Nice hotel, good location. Very helpful staff. Good choice and quality of breakfast. An enjoyable stay.
The location is super convenient, really close to St. Mark's Square. While it's a bit old, it's very clean and the staff are friendly. They also offer luggage storage. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.
Great location near St. Mark square. Excellent service. A bit of walk (22 minutes) from the Venice bus gate to the hotel so be mindful if you have a large luggage to carry to/ftom.
The staff is extremely friendly, demonstrating a rare attention to service. We truly felt pampered! The breakfast is excellent, and the delightful Tea Time, served promptly at 4 PM, is an extra touch of class
Location is good and close to Saint Marco square. Reception staff was informative but some other staff attitude not very pleasant.
Great!!!
All was good. Location was perfect. Breakfast was everything you need. Staff were very attentive.
Great location. The rooms were spacious. The restraint in the hotel was very good. Friendly staff.
Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup. can't beat the real thing from home
I would definitely stay at Ca’Pisani again! Hotel was in a convenient location, right next to the water ferry. We walked everywhere we went ! The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable
We really loved the hotel - location is very central but away from crowds. Amazing design and great service.
Great experience. Staff very diligent and competent. Very comfortable room.
Room 304
Bed was firm, Room was very clean, Shower had good pressure and was hot. Not much storage space in room, ready needed a hook or 2. 2 complementary bottles of water
The room felt smaller than what we booked, but they insisted it was the room type we reserved. The toilet and the room were only separated by a curtain, with no door, offering zero privacy
So, when you book, remember to specify you don't want this room type. Breakfast had very limited options
The hotel front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. We had an early train to catch, and they thoughtfully packed breakfast for us to take on the go
The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to the train station. However, upon checking in, I realized the hotel directly across the street was 40% cheaper
The room was tiny and quite cold, which was a shame because the location right next to the train station was excellent
Nice location. From Venezia we took a waterbus to Zatteri Stop, then its only 200 meters to the hotel. Staffs are friendly qnd very welcoming, accomodating during our breakfast. This is really a great hotel experience.
The only thing to note is the constant noise, day and night, which I believe comes from a pump. I sleep with earplugs so I didn't have any major problems, but without them, it could be annoying
Excellent experience. Very near to the most of Venice sightseeings. Hospitable quiet and clean environment. Value for money. Highly recommended
The Hotel Belle Arti is charming and in line with three-star expectations, with all the essentials well-organized
The internal courtyard is truly wonderful, a very pleasant corner, and the location is excellent for easily getting around the city
It's close to the Accademia Bridge and about a 10-minute walk to St. The staff are friendly, and there is an elevator and a lobby. The breakfast is good enough for the price. I'd like to use it again if I come to Venice
Staff are very friendly. We had a good sleep and room is big. The hotel is just a minute walk from the water bus.
Staff are lovely and friendly, it was really helpful that we can leave our luggage. Check in was very quick and convenient
Beautiful hotel with really helpful staff. Excellently positioned for walking to all the main sightseeing places. Definitely advise arriving at the hotel via private water taxi
Good location, good breakfast, beautiful decor, helpful staff, right on the grand canal next to a water bus stop.
Excellent hotel in a strategic position a few steps from the Rialto bridge. Large, spacious and clean room. Too bad for the not really clean sofa and not being able to manage the air conditioning independently
We stayed at Pesaro Palace in the Junior Suite with two friends and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very elegant. The food was delicious, and the location was absolutely perfect
The room was very beautiful and exquisite, with a great view. The breakfast was also excellent
The rooms and bathrooms were a good size, and the mattresses, bedding, and linens were of excellent quality
The room was very nice and the breakfast was also very good.
Both the location and service deserve full marks. I highly recommend everyone to experience it. It's not far from the train station, and two people with one large suitcase each could walk there without much trouble
When we arrived (very early in the morning) they somehow already had our room ready for us. Throughout the stay they were helpful and provided us with many recommendations for where to go and what to see in Venice
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, we were so welcomed by the professional and friendly staff the whole time. The hotel was clean and incredibly beautiful with so much attention to detail

Beds are more firm than most Americans will like, but still tolerable. Bathroom are hit and miss (some have tubs, some postage stamp size with a shower)
I really wanted to love this place - Beautiful location, great breakfast, wonderful staff. The complaint - The mattress in the room was a killer. Made for the worst three nights of sleep Ive had so far in Italy
tl;dr: Helpful staff and some internal accessibility features, but small spaces, steps, and a tiny elevator make this best for travelers who can tolerate tight layouts and plan extra time
The room was big for 2 people. Our room was kinda cold, maybe the heater didn’t work properly and the fan was also not working after awhile.
Beside that the location is good and the staff were very nice.
Hard to believe a hotel would still be using 40yr old mattresses. But maybe I slept on the same mattress Pavarotti, Corelli, or Freni slept on. That would have been worth not getting sleep for three nights
Hotel La Fenice et Des Artistes worked about as well as could be expected for a disabled traveler in Venice, but accessibility is mixed and requires planning. Entry & Access:
Two steps to enter from the street
