It was very disgusting, and I immediately reported it to the front desk. A female staff member received us and said that it was an insect on the tree outside, and asked us if we opened the window. First of all, there was no tree near our window, and we would not open the window in the heavy snow outside. Later, they came to the room to help us clean it, but there were still insects. Finally, I was forced to change rooms! After moving to the new room, I checked it first. There were a few bugs near the window. I asked the staff to deal with them. Fortunately, they didn't appear again. But I had a serious shadow in my heart and I was trembling every day.
Service: No one cleaned after I checked in, and there was no replacement of garbage bags. On the last night, I asked the girl at the front desk to book a taxi, but she didn't call when it was time to leave! I wanted to call it immediately, but she said that she could only speak Japanese and hung up. I had to catch a car at that time and was very anxious. I pressed the bell at the front desk for a long time but no one came. It took a long time. The girl at the front desk staggered out of the bathroom downstairs. It looked like she had just taken a shower. I asked her to help call again.

B1 is the hot spring, the 1st floor is the reception, and the 2nd and 3rd floors are rooms. There are about 15 rooms in total. You can take the stairs to get up and down. Elevators may not be common when old hotels are built. Take off your clothes immediately after entering the hotel. Shoes are not allowed anywhere in the hotel. The hotel deliberately does not arrange breakfast to facilitate those who don't want to get up early. You are free to find what you like at restaurants near the hotel after 11 o'clock.
