Excellent hospitality and great accomodation for groups or family. Double floors with twin beds, double decker beds, washing machine and dryer, kitchen, dishwasher, expresso machine, living room area - very much like your own home, sited near forest with amazing fresh air and space to chill out. Onsen is within walking distance, so are the restaurants, Lawson and you can also go for jogging. Thumbs up and perfect place to be in for holiday.

Great chalet located so near to so many things. Went there recently to cycle at Iwatake and it was a short ride from Wadano Woods to the bike park. The chalet could fit so many of us and it was a pleasant stay with many facilities such as a bath, laundry (wash and dryer), a fully functioning kitchen. Location wise it is near to Lawson as a convenient store and you can head out to town to get groceries as well. Nearby you can find plenty of soba restaurants (do check/call first for reservation).

Top spot for the nearby lift and luckily there is ski hire and a great pub nearby, not so good if you want to move around hakuba, as transport in hakuba valley is messy and difficult.

We enjoyed our stay here very much but unfortunately there is very little ‘off piste’ connection with other guests & we believe that the cost of drinks from the bar are prohibitive for most guests. There is a delightful lounge but no one using it?? There were no vending machines for cold beer or an area you might even take your own super market bought drinks & share some conversations with others. The meal at Mimi’s was awesome but thought that the extra cost of wine should have been included as are in most ‘degustation’ menus these days. The Italian staff were delightful. Dry room excellent as is free use of laundry.

Not only was the accommodation exceptionally beautiful, but the customer service offered by Hakuba Hotel Group was world class. By far the most accommodating and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We will definitely be back (only for longer next time)!

Awesome chalet! Great for family groups. As depicted in pictures, modern facilities are all very clean, beds were comfortable and at a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and ski facilities, with ski gear, they have free shuttle vans that pick you up and drop off to ski lifts simply by booking on whatsapp page. Some of the best service I have experienced around the world. All staff were friendly and helpful in every dealing I had going over and above expectations. Staff genuinely invested time and effort to assist us with a problem we encountered with our transfer bus to Tokyo. Would highly recommend and will return in future. 👌

From the welcome gift, local area information, WiFi service, impeccable cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds etc, everything was more than we had expected!

The chalet was clean, spacious, comfortable and we had a great time!

Location was also wonderful. We could go all the places we wanted to go within 5-10 minutes by car. We parked our car at the parking which is right there by the chalet, which made it very convenient for us.

I loved the hand written welcome note from the staff. It was so sweet.

The whole stay was like going to the summer house, just muuuuch better!
Very comfortable and private, and the whole place smells like wood...so refreshing!!
(A small tip about the bottom 2 bedrooms: I recommend to leave the doors open and the electric fans on even when you're not using, cuz when the doors closed and no fan on, they can get a damp smell.)

First time in Hakuba, but people we met were all very friendly and nice. We enjoyed SUPing at the lake, going to Onsen, BBQing at the chalet, and visiting Iwatake with such a magnificent view.

We definitely would like to come back again, and recommend you to go during the summer as well as the winter.

Brilliant chalets in Wadano, perfectly situated near Hakuba and Happo One. Well-serviced luxury accommodation is a great touch to your skiing holiday. Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, drying room for your ski gear, PlayStation for the kids and shuttle availability for shopping and restaurant bookings - very comfortable indeed!
