Amazing accommodation, clean, heated floors, well equipped kitchen. Has a ensuite in the master bed, and then seperate bathroom and toilet. Large drying room with washer and dryer. Tea coffee, detergent, washing powder included. They also provided a van which was invaluable for getting around Hakuba. This youth hostel is run by *********. The atmosphere is very good, but the service staff told me the wrong direction to Hakuba Jr Bus Station, which made me wait for 35 more minutes in the heavy snow.

If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would. Decent accommodation. It was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately couldn't provide information on matters like ski buses. No food is available. While there is a kitchen, it's extremely poorly equipped, lacking both cutlery and pots for cooking.

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Had the most wonderful stay at Wagaya with my family! The house was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a 3 minute drive from our ski resort. Special mention to the heated floor - it felt AMAZING after a long day skiing in the cold.

Located in a tranquil yet central area of Hakuba, Wagaya was a great place to stay for our group of 4. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for meal preparation and daily Apres-Ski. We stayed as a group of 6 for a ski holiday recently. The HHG group were very prompt with their communications. The house was beautifully appointed and warm. It was peaceful and the location was close to town. Every one loved the house and the morning views from the windows are breathtaking.

I had a great stay here. Location is great, less than 5 minutes from the Iwatake slopes. They have a ski-in/ski-out facility - a rear door leads to a snow-covered path that leads to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay in Villa G but were disappointed in the lack of clarity of the location of the villa. We read all the print of the booking but apparently missed text on a photo stating that the villas were located far away from the hotel. Due to this location, we had a 30 minute walk to one shuttle bus and over a 45 minute walk to restaurants in Echoland, and the hotel provided no shuttle anywhere...

Stayed at Reposer Hakuba in Nagano and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. Would happily stay here again.

Reposer cabin cottage is a winter/summer house. There is a small natural stream right at the back, which is great. The cabin is a bit worn but it still has all it takes to provide a great accommodation. Location wise, you need a car in hakuba to move around anyway so the distance to anything is not to concern. Its a 5 min drive to everything. The service is hugely great. The staff is very helpful....

They refuse to provide service to pick up us at JR station with reason peak season although it shows the have pick up service when we booked hotel. There is a pick-up service to the ski resort, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very convenient. It can also pick up and drop off at the bus station and other places. The service is very good. Breakfast and bar drinks also need to be confirmed in advance.

The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful, which is one of the places that attracted me to book. The interior is very rural, simple and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel for skiing and mountaineering.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at hotel hakuba. It was easy for us to access the neighbouring ski resorts using the free shuttle bus provided by the ski resorts. The breakfast had a good spread and an even better view. One negative feedback is that the beds in the double room is quite uncomfortable.

The hosts at Pension Tomato are absolutely amazing, the rooms were great with our own little onsen bath that we could open the windows up. After every ski session the whole family would use it. On top of that they have 2 onsen baths down stairs that were amazing. Will be back next year.

What a beautiful inn. We were so looked after by both of our hosts who were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. For a couple spending their time of the slopes a warm room and onsen made our trip. We had split beds which wasn't ideal, but man we both slept well. Fresh towels daily and a share bathroom as well as help with ski hire and booking reservations. I can't wait to go back.

We loved our family stay at Meteor! They have a lovely eco friendly and sharing ethos and a very welcoming environment. Chika, Coco, Clara and all the staff made our stay so enjoyable.
