Large room, nice place, clean and quite. But my room is far from the lobby. If you have a heavy baggages, not easy (there’re few stairs before elevator)

The food is delicious. The large bathhouse is not a hot spring, but it is OK and clean. The staff are quite professional and the service is good. Among the several chains, the Baima one has the best value for money.

Good, the buffet was delicious. Clean and hygienic. Transportation is a bit inconvenient, mainly because it's a bit far from the Happo Bus Station and JR Station, but it's very close to Gongdola, which is good.

Affordable and great value for money. It has all the basic services, and the room is spacious. There's a shuttle bus that runs periodically, but it's more convenient if you drive yourself.

Although it's a bit far out, it's easy to find if you're driving, and they offer a shuttle service. Don't expect too much from the breakfast and dinner, as they're pretty standard. However, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The on-site public bath is fantastic for soaking in after a day of skiing!

Good place to stay for snowboarding in hakuba

Room is quite old but clean. There were dinner and breakfast dinner included which were authentic japanese food. We love spending time here. The view was so stunning.

Dinner was very good, very delicious, but you have to rush with the time. Breakfast may be less than dinner but there is a lot. It is a hotel that maintains Japanese culture. The ingredients are local. It is not luxurious but warm.

There is a shuttle service. I really like the hot springs here. You can soak in the hot springs while enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is also a shuttle bus to the ski resort. The only downside is that there are almost no restaurants and convenience stores around. But there is a microwave.

Public bath broke down - hot water not hire enough .  This is winter . In the room , the hot water from the tap water is not hot enough . It takes a long time for the water to become hot .  Room is very cold

The view is very beautiful. You can see the snowy mountains in Panorama from the hotel. The onsen is very good. It helps to relax after skiing. The room is clean but the design is quite old. And there are few amenities. Overall, it is a suitable place to stay for those who want to experience the nature of Hakuba. There is a lot of parking.

The interior of the B&B smells of cypress, and the B&B is well maintained. The Japanese-style breakfast is delicious with Western food. You can still hear the collision sound next door, but some hotels can also hear the sound from next door, which is acceptable to us.

It is very convenient to go skiing, and the surrounding area is convenient for eating.

This youth hostel is run by *********. The atmosphere is very good, but the service staff told me the wrong direction to Hakuba Jr Bus Station, which made me wait for 35 more minutes in the heavy snow.

If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would. Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. The hotel has its own lift to get you on the hill that also has the Plaza ski lift on it. Food; breakfast is a smorgasbord, with no heating trays, so everything is cold! The location is probably perfect in winter, but in the summer it is not close to anything. The good part is that the owner offers a pick-up service sometimes. Had the most wonderful stay at Wagaya with my family! The house was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a 3 minute drive from our ski resort. Special mention to the heated floor - it felt AMAZING after a long day skiing in the cold.

Located in a tranquil yet central area of Hakuba, Wagaya was a great place to stay for our group of 4. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for meal preparation and daily Apres-Ski. We stayed as a group of 6 for a ski holiday recently. The HHG group were very prompt with their communications. The house was beautifully appointed and warm. It was peaceful and the location was close to town. Every one loved the house and the morning views from the windows are breathtaking.

Old hotel, seemed like no one lived there, but over the course of my stay it got busy. Neat and clean rooms, basic amenities included in room with daily housekeeping. Close to hakuba station and the shops in the vicinity. Has a shuttle bus to the ski lifts nearby but if u miss the shuttle it's a painful walk if snowing

We enjoyed our stay in Villa G but were disappointed in the lack of clarity of the location of the villa. We read all the print of the booking but apparently missed text on a photo stating that the villas were located far away from the hotel. Due to this location, we had a 30 minute walk to one shuttle bus and over a 45 minute walk to restaurants in Echoland, and the hotel provided no shuttle anywhere...

Stayed at Reposer Hakuba in Nagano and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. Would happily stay here again.

Reposer cabin cottage is a winter/summer house. There is a small natural stream right at the back, which is great. The cabin is a bit worn but it still has all it takes to provide a great accommodation. Location wise, you need a car in hakuba to move around anyway so the distance to anything is not to concern. There is a pick-up service to the ski resort, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very convenient. It can also pick up and drop off at the bus station and other places. The service is very good. Breakfast and bar drinks also need to be confirmed in advance.

Shortly after placing the order, I negotiated with the hotel whether I could cancel it (there were still nearly three weeks before check-in), but the hotel refused to consider it. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location with easy access to everything. Breakfast has enough choices from both western and Japanese foods and we eat there everyday. Generous shuttle bus time frame to Happo one. Extremely convenient separate dry room available. Hot spring is 5 star. Will definitely come back.
