The best part was having a private soaking tub and jacuzzi to soothe fatigue after skiing! There's a restaurant, a ski drying room, and the owner is very nice

They also provide multiple restrooms, a powder room, and a refrigerator!

Not far from food street with restaurants and bars! Very quiet at night, we absol Loved our stay! We will come back there again!

Nice clean room in a great spot in hakuba.

The rooms are all on the second floor, so you'll need to carry your luggage up (no elevator). The room size is small, but it's very warm inside and generally clean, though occasionally bugs appear (I encountered three)

A very sweet older couple run this place and they know how to accomodate the skiers/snowboarders well! As you enter into the building, you walk into a large space dedicated to drying your wet clothing and storing your equipment

Very nice and kind host, lovely house, parking is just outside the house

Stayed here for 2 nights and I felt like I was the only guest. which was great! Silent place to relax. Great collection of liquor as well. It felt like my grandmother's house, with antiques and a piano on the corner

It is a short walk to Echoland and 7 eleven. Woodys rental and Goryu shuttle bus is a 2 minute walk from the accomodation making this place a great option of skiers/boarders. I would highly recommend staying here

After a good long day of skiing, there are two private onsens that really do the trick to relax those well used muscles. I also found the other guests to be incredibly friendly and very respectful

I’ve just had a fantastic stay in Pension Roku. The building is well maintained and spotless. The owners were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for me during my stay

This is a cute place,although I came here in November it going to snow season but we’re too early to come with out update anything, so then i missed many activities on Hakuba and this place feel like japan traditional style and vibe soft and warm

Really enjoyed the stay here! The place feels cozy and comfortable overall. The shower is shared and located in the basement, with two rooms available. Each one is fully private with a proper door, so no worries at all

This was my third stay here! The food is absolutely delicious, and they even serve homemade bread for breakfast! This time I only opted for breakfast, but in the Hakuba area, finding dinner can sometimes be a challenge, so having dinner included definitely makes for a more relaxing and comfortable stay

They also provide disposable towels, and you can find hair dryers outside the bathrooms on both the first and second floors. The owner is friendly and can communicate well in English

The place is clean, tidy, and very cute. The building has three floors. The basement level has the onsens and a storage area for skis and snowboards, as well as a vending machine for guests’ convenience

The ground floor has a shared community room and dining area, along with shared toilets. The second floor has nine bedrooms, two toilets, and a hot and cold drink dispenser with complimentary snacks

The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm!!! Because it's located below Donguri Village, we felt safe even on snowy days. (We had snow tires and a 4WD kei car. ) On days with heavy snow, chains might be necessary

The parking lot is close to the hotel, so it was convenient for loading and unloading luggage

Our family (all adults) stayed from December 30th, 2019 to January 1st, 2020. The ceiling is low due to the roof's slope, but it was just the right size for three people

The owner and his wife were very nice, and we had a wonderful trip. This time we booked a room-only stay, but next time we'd like to book one with meals included

The tiled bath was the same size as the one at my parents' house, but it was deep and I was able to warm up slowly! Although it is an old-fashioned pension, the floor heating is comfortable and it is well maintained! There are only a few power outlets, so some ingenuity is required

This pension felt like home, and I felt at home♪ Since I was only staying overnight, I didn't get to talk to the owner in depth, but he was a very nice person! I was able to use the bath even though I was only staying overnight, which was helpful
