Very good room, i did not stay with a pet but still very decent rooms. Staff was so polite, I felt like royalty.

This was my first trip to Japan with my dog. I found this hotel online and it seemed pretty good. HK$2500 wasn't expensive for peak season, the rooms were spacious, and there was even a private lawn for the dog to play on. Breakfast and dinner were included, so there wasn't much to complain about.
The only downside was the slightly inconvenient location. I'd say next time I'd like to choose the other hotel in Karuizawa, part of the Regina Resort. I booked this one fully booked early this time. It seems like it should be of higher quality?
When we checked in, they gave my dog some of their own hotel's pet treats. These treats can be bought in their lobby. Although they weren't expensive, their gesture was very heartwarming. Giving my dog treats was a great comfort throughout the entire trip to Japan; he loved them and even bought a few packs to take back to Hong Kong! 🤤

Wife picked it out as a vacation for us and dogs. This place is awesome for dogs you can take them everywhere. The food is top notch.

Two families stayed here, the parents brought their dog, and I brought my 2-year-old child.
I was impressed by the restaurant staff who were friendly not only to dogs but also to small children.
Since the dog was accompanying the customers around me, I was able to relax without having to worry about voices or other things.
The room was really comfortable to spend time in, and everything from the sofa to the bed and the design of the room made it very relaxing.
There was also a hammock, and even though I don't like mornings, the hotel was so nice that I could relax and relax while drinking coffee early in the morning.
This hotel is recommended for people with dogs, as well as those without dogs.

I visited last spring.
The air is delicious and the location is great. It felt really nice to take a walk along the banks of Mikage Water.
The food was very delicious and I was happy to be able to eat with my dog. The staff were all kind, polite, and soothing. I would definitely like to visit again. I would like to stay for several nights next time.
The rooms have floor heating, which is dog-friendly. I got a room with a garden on the first floor, but the only disappointing thing was that the lawn was bald. Other than that I was very satisfied.

I have used it several times, and it is a very good resort hotel that you can enjoy even if you bring your dog.
Dinner is French, so when I travel and want to enjoy French, it's always on my list.
You can enjoy not only the food, but also the alcoholic beverages, including rare items such as local sake.
We also have pet amenities and meals, so we have great dog services⭕️

I have been here many times, but this time it was my first time in a year. During that year, one of the family's two dogs passed away. They remembered the dog, let us sit in the same place in the restaurant as before, and prepared two dog cages. They even placed a water cup for the dog on the table. Thank you very much. The sparkling wine, white wine, and red wine that you recommended were all delicious as always. The portions of the food were just right. Until now, I have stayed on the first floor, which has a front yard where the dog can go outside, but this time I stayed on the second floor for the first time. It had a nice view and was calm, and had a different appeal to the first floor. The staff were as friendly as ever, and it was relaxing.

It was built as a pet-friendly hotel from the beginning, so the location and structure are perfect. It's far from the center of Karuizawa, but it's quiet and easy to take a walk. All the Regina hotels are consistently great, but I like this one the best for its size and value for money. Pet guests have a lot of luggage, so it's very convenient that the car park is close to the room. The food is light French and delicious. All the rooms are on the riverside, so you can immediately go to the walking course without passing the front desk. There is also a dog run and a grooming room. Of course, all the amenities for dogs are provided. I look forward to visiting every year.

It is located at a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly towards both the guests and the dogs. The food is delicious (they also provide meals for dogs for a fees). Rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Dog amenities are provided for free as well.
