Wpü Hotel Hakone in Hakone

I booked one night stay near Yunessun park. This hostel is reasonable price. I check in a room with all male and as I understand male and female room is separated. Somehow in middle of mid night a couple came in and share a same bed and talking loud which disregard other who stay on same room. I woke up by their talking phone noise and I walked over to tell them be courtesy for other and instead apologize and I got backlash back. I didn't sleep good and by next morning I reported to front clerk. She told me that 212 was a co room (where couple allow stay on same bed) and I which I been told before check-in otherwise I won't stay on co-room. A sign should post on every door to remind customer do not use cell phone in room and should use on community share area and do not disturb other and stay quiet otherwise penalty charge should impose. I won't recommend to stay on this hostel till new policy impose.
