The room was quite dated while most of facilities works perfectly. The room was not perfectly designed for kids (1 and 5 years) due to it outdated layout (the room door was not a slide door and the kids stair protection is setting up on the stair (not on the ground). The toilet and shower room was quite small. We appreciated the hotel trying to improve the equipment but not the room facilities.
The room door was open to the outside, which is super dangerous for the people walking on the hallway especially kids. If you have baby carts, it is quite inconvenience to go through the building to get to the ground using elevator.
Overall, we like the hotel, our kids enjoys but we look forward for the hotel to spend more effort to improve their facilities before we plan to visit again.
The environment is very beautiful and the soup is also good!

Room was dirty with hairs in the sink.
Awful stains on the wall (one located right next to the head area on the bed).
Restaurants starts from 8 pm and you can enjoy the hot springs( inside the hotel).

And then you can enjoy hotspring to relax the tour tiredness and also go to the forest to absorb the energetic air .
