Great stay! Very professional and helpful staff. The hostel was extremely clean and well-managed.
Good and friendly staff
Excellent location. The hotel staff are very friendly. Good breakfast
I stayed to WeBase Hiroshima for two nights and I couldn't ask for a better hostel to stay at!
the beds and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is super nice, the potion is perfect for seeing all of Hiroshima without need to take any bus or else, I'd choose it again if I ever find myself in Hiroshima again.
Really good hostel. The dorms are quite large, but with good privacy, though they might get a bit cold at night.
I stayed here for one night and it was nice. They have a good common area where I got to eat and work. You can also borrow an electric fan if ever your bunk is warm. They also have a coin laundry on the third floor. Showers and toilets were clean
Was a great hostel located in the perfect position to conveniently explore all the main attractions!

A nice resort hotel with decent dinner menu/buffet style, and osen experience for guests. The rooms are quite old and dated, but they are comfortable and family friendly. The staff are nice and there is a gift shop selling local goodies.
I stayed here for a trip at the end of the year. It was a reasonable plan, and since my room was on the second floor, the view wasn't that great. The hotel felt nostalgic, unchanged from when I last stayed there seven years ago. The atmosphere was comforting, in a good way. These days, many hotels are renovated from apartment buildings, so I'm looking forward to seeing souvenir shops and game centers...
Very aged hotel and the service was very slow
The evening meal and the bar next to the pool were excellent. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The bath was great. It was a shame that it was raining and we couldn't see the sunset.
It is rare to be able to stay in a hot spring hotel at this price. Dinner was served in buffet style with a wide variety of dishes, including freshly fried Tottori Wagyu beef and all-you-can-eat red crab legs, but the crab legs were a bit dry. The tofu is also super delicious, with a very bean flavor.
The room has eight tatami mats, and on the other side there is a sofa, a small table, a refrigerator...
We stayed for one night with breakfast included.
The view of the hotel from the entrance was good and we had high hopes for our room, but unfortunately there was no view of the ocean from the window, even though we were on the top floor.
The breakfast was disappointing compared to what we had hoped for.
The meal was served in a bento box with cold side dishes, and they made rice and miso soup for us...

I stayed here to run in the Okayama Marathon 2022. This is definitely the closest hotel to the starting point (it could even be an official hotel...). it's close to Tottori station, the room is larger than usual capsule room and I love it! the staff also speaking English. they provide free drinks between 18.30-21.30.
I liked the size of the beds and the little locker underneath it for your luggage. It is overall quite spacious and I had no issues with the shared areas like bathrooms and showers. But like all capsule hotels, the walls tend to be quite thin, so when someone flushes a toilet or is snoring on the other side of the wall, you can hear it. I think they had little earplugs, but it is best to bring your...
Stayed here for 3 nights - based myself here when returning from Matsue, intending to travel around Tottori & Kurayoshi.

Just a 5-minute walk from JR Tottori Station’s north exit, this hotel offers convenience alongside warm hospitality, welcoming guests with a complimentary cocktail. The spacious capsule rooms and cozy beds ensure comfort, while the attentive staff and excellent service earn high praise from visitors.
I took a capsule in the 6 bed room and it was nice clean and modern. But the strength of this hostel is the service. You will find a lot of recommendations on food and tours in the area. You will find maps and a little book with information on prices, food options and the english proficiency of the staff.

Great capsule hotel with good staff! The person at the time spoke English so that made communication easier!
The capsule itself was comfortable for me and I am 5'11". If you are bigger than that, you won't be able to close the door to the capsule without scrunching your body. Another down side is that there is no AC or heater inside. To adjust the temperature, you have to open the door to the capsule...

The hotel is very close to the station and has good access. The front desk staff are polite and I have no complaints. However, some of the facilities are old.
It’s so near in train station , very affordable and convenient
It’s a older hotel. They have smoking rooms / non-smoking rooms. It’s really cheap, so can’t complain too much.. outside air conditioning unit was quite loud during the night. Don’t expect luxury when going to this hotel. It will do for the night.
The staff was very friendly.
Very close to the station, good access for Hiroshima or further afield. Rooms are standard size for Japan, bigger than you’d get in Tokyo. Didn’t have breakfast but was available for Y500
Conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station, this hotel is extremely convenient as a base for sightseeing or business. This was a small, cozy, and convenient hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, and I was particularly impressed by their detailed information about nearby tourist attractions when I left my luggage. The entire apartment building itself is a hotel, and it was refreshing to see that each room, such as Room 201, was a guest room.
As I was staying with a friend, I booked a twin bed type, but in addition to the bed there was also a sofa and sink, so it felt like a normal one-room apartment and was spacious, which was great.

Modernized ryokan with its own onsen. 5 minute walk to the train station, not too many restaurants / bars around the hotel. Lovely garden and nice rooms. The main onsen shouldn‘t be used if you have tattoos but there is a private family bath that can be used with tattoos. The family bath is first come first served, so you might need to wait a while… Breakfast was delicious and plenty!
Good value for the onsen experience even though there’s no shower in the room.
The building itself looks old, but the rooms and facilities have been renovated and are comfortable. They face the courtyard and have a nice atmosphere.
The breakfast was also delicious.
The location is close to the station, the hot springs are available, and the price is reasonable, making it perfect for business travelers.
The hotel is very quiet and has great sea views, but there aren't many dining options nearby and it's a bit far out.
The staff is very polite and helpful, the hot springs are very comfortable, there is a family hot spring room for 2 people to soak themselves, the neat environment seems to be very clean. The most problem is my room 1 into a very up smell, should be the room carpet, strong smell really, slept very bad all night, smelled 1 night, have not tried so want to leave the room, suggest fixing the carpet
This was my first time visiting Tottori, and I chose a hot spring inn. With over 100 years of history, it's very well maintained. The rooms were quite spacious, the hot spring was very comfortable, and the best part was the private baths—no reservations needed! The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, but that's to be expected given it's an old establishment. 😅

It's hard to find accommodations in this location and at this price.
From the bus center platform, take the escalator out to the first floor, then walk along the main road around the building to find the entrance.
There are vending machines, ice machines, water purifiers, and more outside the rooms, and overall, it's clean.
The location is fantastic. It's connected to the bus terminal and right in the heart of the city.
The room was spacious for the price, and I had a comfortable stay.
I plan to stay here again next time.
The location is super convenient, right next to the bus terminal and SOGO. The rooms are a good size and clean, with well-maintained facilities. The reception staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping staff were all very polite. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious. Recommended.
It was spacious and comfortable. The central heating system was on, but the room was a bit hot. I didn't turn the heater on at all.
It was hot, so I requested a fan. Fortunately, it was on.
Despite being on a high floor, I could hear the Hiroden and cars passing by on the street. The soundproofing wasn't great, and I could even hear sneezing in the next room. Still, it wasn't terribly uncomfortable...

Note the entrance to the hotel have 6-7 stair steps and you will need to haul luggage up through those steps. Walking distance to plenty of eating places.
Good lactation just near the railway station and the ferry terminal with nice breakfast
The location is good. Not far from restaurants and river. But the hotel lack of public room or place for group of people sit down and relax. Receptionist are not so helpful.
The hotel is quite old and it shows. The equipment in the rooms was a bit run down and the shower curtain was smelly. The staff was very friendly though and the location is quite convenient.

The rooms are traditional Japanese style, which objectively isn't very convenient. It's all about the experience. The location is excellent, right on the main street, but the food wasn't as good as I'd hoped.
The building itself was old, but the facilities were clean. I think the customer service was good. However, perhaps because dinner was not included, even though we arrived around 18:00, the futons for three people were already laid out, so we couldn't relax in the room.
