HOTEL LiVEMAX Fukuyama-Ekimae, Fukuyama1 / 19

Chugoku region, Fukuyama, 9-22 Sannomarucho 🧭 Map
Absolutely perfect! From the staff, to the room, everything was incredible. The room was super clean, had just enough space for two, and the temperature was nice. The location was very nice, helped me visit Fukuyama easily, since it was near a lot of cool places. Thank you so much!
I think the room is average but the service is good that it makes feel safe
Location is near to the train station and restaurants and convenient store.good as a budget hotel .no car parking, you can park to the nearest car parking or coin parking.
Great hotel for short stay, near JR station with about 4mins walk
The hotel was located near to the station which was convenient.
Location is good, very accessible to stations, food outlets and mall. In the heart of Fukuyama City. It would be better if they could have the supplementary coffee too.

free parking at the hotel area. but hotel room very old style which use key to open. tv very very small and old. reckon hotel need some up renov work
The equipment is good. The hotel is located next to the river, but there are no street lamps at night, so you will need a flashlight if you walk along the riverside.
Staff was nice and friendly but the room was far below the modest expectations we had. What they advertised as a double room is actually a single room with 2 pillows
The hotel's location required a bus or taxi ride from the station. The exterior, interior, and rooms seemed frozen in time 50 years ago. The walls were thin, and the bed mattresses were quite worn, unlike those found in many business hotels. Overall, I found the price unreasonable. Perhaps Okayama City is home to many old hotels. Everything—the room key, TV, chairs, and table—was outdated. Rather than...
The inside was beautiful, but I was only staying there without meals, so it was a bit of a waste. I'd like to come back when I have time to relax.
The front desk service was very good, only one person at the front desk spoke decent English. The others basically didn't speak English. The hotel facilities were very old, the central air conditioning was unified, and it was hot that day, so the room couldn't be cooled. Everything else was OK

Services are very good even though the location is quite remote. It worth to spend sometime there for relaxation.
The hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus from Fukuyama Station, which is very convenient. Although I stayed at the Annex, the room was large and new, and it even had a terrace with a sea view. There was no shower in the room; you had to go to the public bath, which was well-equipped and very comfortable. The welcome drink was hot soup and dried fish, which was quite unique. The two meals included with...
It wasn't a large facility, but it was a very nice inn with a view of the ocean right in front of you. The food was delicious and served in a private room, so I was able to relax. The hot spring water was very warming, so I stayed warm for a while. The view from the open-air bath was amazing. The location is also good for exploring the town, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity...
The hotel boasts a beautiful sea view, but the noise from the air conditioning and motorcycles at night makes for poor sleep quality, and the food has significant room for improvement.
Very good. It's not new, but it's neat and clean. The hot spring is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are simple but plentiful. I would definitely come again if I have the chance.
Our family of four was looking for a special experience off the beaten path. This hotel was lovely. We reserved a private onsen so we could try that. We also enjoyed our multicourse dinner and authentic Japanese breakfast, package which we never would have known to order. The staff was lovely and the concierge spoke excellent English, which was very helpful for us. Tomonoura is a cute little town...

I was happy that we were given amenities and even water, sports drinks, and ice cream. However, the walls were thin and we could hear the guests next door very easily. Also, there was dust stuck in the bathroom exhaust fan, so I would like it to be removed. Thank you very much for this stay!
It's a bit of a walk from the hotel, but the price and breakfast are satisfactory.
I took a plan that included breakfast, and it was delicious and had a lot of variety. The loungewear was pajama style, so I was comfortable and didn't have to worry about it getting exposed.
Anyway, the staff was kind. When I asked about the location of public transportation, he was able to tell me the location without making a disgusted face. Also, you can drink freely, and the popsicles on a hot summer day were delicious. thank you very much. It was a very good trip.
Pros: 🔹Free coffee and bottled water in the lobby. 🔹Good customer service. They kept my suitcases for me since I arrived too early before check in time. After check out, they were so kind to keep my bags even though I had to leave Hiroshima late at night. 🔹Convenience store is close to the hotel. Cons: 🔹Room wasn’t as big as I expected. 🔹Room didn’t have soundproof walls. I was playing music (normal...

Close to the train station. Toilet was not well cleaned with hair lying around. It's quite a dated hotel so don't expect much. Plus point is the public bath at 2nd level which gives you a relief after a long day's walk. Good stay overall
I arrived around noon and left my luggage there, and it was already delivered to my room by the time I checked in, which was great.
It was nice that it was close to the station.
Due to a sudden business trip, I had to book a hotel across the street from my usual one. Because there were so many tourists, the hotel rate was higher than usual, but I was surprised by how small the room was. However, as others have commented, the breakfast was clean and good.
Quiet and private beaches are so relaxing, excellent for personal retreat
The elevator was under repair, so I suppose the stress of that was a drawback, but the front desk was too friendly for a hotel. Maybe it's for inbound tourists. The tub bath is interesting if it's your first time, but there were a lot of older guys there so I felt a bit hesitant to try it.

I stayed here on a business trip. It's conveniently located near the station. Breakfast is available for an additional fee and includes bread, rice balls, salad, boiled eggs, grilled salted mackerel, and more.
The bread for breakfast was delicious.
A good hotel, located in a quiet area and close to the train station. The staff is friendly. The room is clean.
I stayed in a cheap room on the first floor, but I guess I got lucky that day? It was very quiet. The walls are apparently thin, which was actually a good thing. The breakfast had a good variety, but it wasn't particularly tasty. The rice was hard. I recommend the bread. They had locally made jam, which looked delicious.
The Toilet smelled, I didn't know why the smell wasn't good.
I'm not sure about the breakfast area being in the lobby since there's no dining hall. That said, there are partitions and such, so it looks like the area is separated. The bread was delicious. The coffee was made with a DeLonghi machine, so you could have freshly ground coffee each time. It was delicious coffee. I'd like to order it again next time.

Such a nice experience! This is a very good stay with nice staff
There is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away, and shopping facilities and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away, so I think you will be able to spend there without any problems. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, but there are free areas, and since I only use the shower when I'm working, the plan without a shower in the room was not a problem. The facilities are old, but considering...
Although the shower is public, it is very convenient to have a separate toilet.
The hotel building itself looks old, but it has been renovated moderately and was comfortable. However, I am sorry that I could not sleep much because I was worried about the sound of the air conditioner. As for the customer service, it was great.
Room 219. A simple single room. The toilet has a new washer. The interior is also new. Televisions and humidifying air purifiers are big Daikin products. The receptionist's response is clear and favorable. I passed by the cleaning staff when I checked out, but they greeted me pleasantly at that time. This is because employers care about their employees. Hot water was slow to come out. If you leave...

Enjoyed my stay here. Might not be able to spot the hotel from the station but it takes less than 10 minutes and Google map can help.
Nice stuff and perfect location 👍 and the public bathroom r so comfy
very convenient and very clear, if can provide drint water in 大浴埸 is better.
This hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.
The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Tottori Station. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. For a small city like Tottori, it's considered a pretty good hotel and is very popular.
I'm not sure why this place is marketed as suitable for families. We skipped the hot spring baths because pre-showering wasn't permitted, and honestly, artificial hot springs don't really appeal to me. Overall, it was just okay – nothing particularly good or bad. On the plus side, it's very close to Tottori Station and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

I chose this hotel based on reviews, and I was very satisfied as it lived up to its reputation. I felt that the staff's proactive efforts to make guests enjoy themselves contributed to this rating. Although the hotel usually provides the same yukata, I was able to choose my favorite yukata and obi sash for free. By the way, at the hotel the next day, there was a fee (500 yen). There was a handwritten...
I have stayed at many inns and hotels, but this is the first time I have experienced such thorough omotenashi; hospitality. This was our first trip to the San'in region as a couple, and we decided to stay at this hotel based on word of mouth. There was a review comment that "I can't find any flaws at all", but I completely agree. Mr. Nakai (he called himself Mr. Matsudo), who was in charge of our dinner, was very kind to us. thank you very much. The attached photo is her portrait drawn on the coaster. Great in everything. Can't find any flaws at all. The customer service, food, and bath (cypress) were all good. There was a description on another travel site that the room was old and unsatisfactory, but it was cleaned properly and I didn't mind at all. Best place to stay in recent times

Wish can have microwave oven. The room have individual air conditioning, very good.
I was driving, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The buildings and rooms were rather old, and the hot spring wasn't very big. The view from the window was a sea view, which would have been nice, but unfortunately the weather was bad and it rained when I checked in. Overall, it wasn't great value for money. I'll try different accommodations next time.
I booked a Japanese onsen hotel for a Friday night, and it was excellent value for money. The hot springs were very comfortable too. The view from the window was quite nice. I was in a hurry and didn't get to experience more.
A good and comfortable hotel. I will choose this hotel again next time.
There is a bus from Yonago Station, which is not too far. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the station. There are waiters waiting outside the hotel, who will help with luggage and introduce hotel facilities. The room faces the sea, and the sea breeze is really comfortable! The men's hot spring is on the first floor, and you can only soak in it later, otherwise you should be able to see the open-air...
Fantastic seaview from the hotel and service is excellent. It’s an ancient revarnished hotspring hotel but still you can feel the history through hospitality and the vibe. But I like it a lot!

To get here, take tram line 6 towards Eba and get off at Funairemachi. Then, it's about a 4-5 minute walk along the river. The shower pressure was amazing!
The location isn't super convenient, but it's great value for money. You have to walk about 5 minutes to catch the tram. On the flip side, it's very quiet, and you'll also need to walk around 5 minutes to get to a 7-11 or Lawson.
Room small. Close to some good restaurants and 7/11. Close to the peace museum
The hotel is decent overall and acceptable for a short stay. The room is small, which is expected, but functional and generally clean. One downside is the window, which faces directly the wall/facade of the neighboring building, so there is very little natural light and no real view. The location and services are okay but nothing special. An adequate option if you just need a basic place to sleep,...
Very good location, but room was quite dirty, particularly the sheets. Fine for a couple nights stay.
The setting is wonderful. This riverside hotel is conveniently located near two tram stops, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. It provides a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

1. I booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights. My reservation specified an ocean view room, but the room I stayed in had no ocean view at all and was located on the opposite side of the ocean view room. It wasn't until I checked out that I realized the opposite room was actually an ocean view room with a direct view of the ocean. I'm very curious as to whether this arrangement was intentional...
The location right in front of the ocean was fantastic, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was comfortable, and the staff who assisted us at breakfast were very polite and helpful. The food was also delicious, made with local ingredients.
Super clean and roomy.  Easy to check in via machine under the guidance of staff.  On site Japanese restaurant.  Friendly staff .
Hotel is around 15 min walk from Onomichi station. Receptionist is helpful but do not understand English. The room is clean but very small... barely enough room to open my luggage. Hotel is already quite expensive considering that it is not in the main city and doesn't include breakfast and has few amenties
The hotel is located by the sea, breakfast is included in the accommodation fee, and the set meals are excellent. It's a 10-minute walk from JR Onomichi.
We have had a great stay at Onomichi Royal hotel. The hotel has clearly just been renovated - everything is super new and in a great state. We've had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel, which has been delicious. We used the hotel as the start and end point of our 2-day Shimanami Kaido cycling tour. The clerk's response is always pleasant, and it is quite cheap in Hamada city, so I often use it. Although it is old, it is well-cleaned, and the room has electricity that can be operated with an air purifier or remote control, so it is easy to use. I stayed on a large motorcycle. The bicycle parking space with a roof is limited, but on this day we parked it in the parking space for the disabled in front of the entrance with the kindness of the staff. I used it on a motorcycle trip. I was guided to a parking lot with a roof near the entrance and stopped. The breakfast is simple but the overall environment is very clean. The price is too high during holidays and it is not worth it. There is a *** next to it and the conditions are a bit poor. If you are traveling with children, it may be a bit bad.
It's conveniently located near the station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope they can improve the breakfast, which is only toast.
Free parking is available. There is a multi-storey car park just behind the hotel.
Much better than I thought. I thought it was a shabby little hotel, but I didn't expect it to be clean, sanitary and cheap. The front desk was very friendly and it is super close to the station. I spent two days here. Nearby is the Chunfan Tower where the Treaty of Shimonoseki was signed.
