Walk from Hiroshima station only 5 minutes, Breakfast is delicious. Hotel is comfortable.
The price is quite high, but since it is Easter season and very near JR Station. Breakfast not included in the room price. Onsen is quite big with indoor n outdoor pool. The staff are nice and you can get your toiletry at lobby including coffee bag.
Location: Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the station to the hotel. Facilities: Well-equipped, and the room was quite spacious, with enough room to open a large suitcase. Service: The staff were friendly, and breakfast was a set meal from the coffee shop next door, which was also good.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the Shinkansen. The staff are very friendly and there's a hot spring bath. The rooms are large and clean, with standard amenities like toiletries and pajamas. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a self-service laundry room. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
There was a crowd during check-in, but the hotel staff efficiently handed out queue numbers, allowing guests to wait comfortably on the sofas. The room I got was perfectly quiet, which was great! Since it's a business hotel with a high turnover, if you need to sleep in a bit later during the day, you can call the front desk beforehand to arrange a suitable room cleaning time. This way, you can get...
Good location , close to Shinkansen exit.

Decent hotel, comfortable stay and near to railway station
The hotel is great has wonderful standards of maintenance and house keeping. Staff very friendly and restaurant services excellent.
Breakfast was excellent with a great number of choicest dishes.
Location superb. Rooms for Japanese standards very good.
Facilities: The single room was a bit smaller, more compact than the twin room I also booked, but overall it was perfectly fine. Big shout out to the ice vendor!
Hygiene: Everything was great, from the hotel exterior and parking lot to the interior and the room itself.
Environment: The location is excellent! It was pouring rain when we went, but it only took about 20 minutes to drive to Tomonoura...

Good place to rest up after a long drive. Service is great, amenities plenty, room is clean, breakfast included, parking easily available.
Maid service didn’t leave towels. Front desk staff not as friendly as other Tokoyo Inn’s I’ve stayed at. Rooms are clean and modern.
near JR Hamada station, quick check-in and very helpful staff. Sent them message to help reserve seats for Iwami Kagura performance. They helped
us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.
This is a quiet and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly! We enjoy our stay here very much. Miss Takesa helped us a lot! We are very grateful!
Good location and rooms have a nice view.
I was tricked on the price as they don't post their after tax prices. The room are nice and the bathroom are not too small. Rooms lack the space for luggage and organizing. They may strongly suggest you to get a membership with them. Breakfast at least is included in the price. But, it is very busy that you can't eat and go.

The room was spacious and clean, right across from Hiroshima Station.
Very good value for money. Room is spacious with a very nice view, Location just across the JR Station. LAWSON and 7-11 downstaris. Breakfast is very good. A very comfortable stay
The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow...
Exceeded my expectations, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and their English was excellent. I'll definitely choose Daiwa again!
I choose this hotel for 2 reasons. One is its nice breakfast. In particular, the smoothie is the best of the best. You have to try it. The other is , they are close to the station.
The hotel location is very convenient, 3 mins walk to Hiroshima train & tram station, include restaurant & shopping.
The hotel staff is very friendly & the room is clean, I love their quality coffee, one of the best I had in Japanese hotels.
Just for details, their towel fabric is high quality, soft & high absorbing in water.

The location is quite convenient. However, finding more affordable parking options can be a little tricky.
We found the hotel location very convenient location, walking distance to Peace Park, Museum and Dome. It was also an easy walk to the shopping district and restaurants. The hotel room was fine for a couple, basic but clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were always very polite and helpful. We would stay again if/when we visit Hiroshima.
Pretty good hotel. Not a horrible transit from the main station, and pretty close to the main museum and peace park. Hotel staff is very professional and capable
Friendly staff and excellent breakfast and amenities. It did feel a little old, with no USB sockets in my room.
Near restaurants and combini stores. Near the tram and buses.
Terrific stay ! Location is close to Peace Memorial Park and good street. Very easy to get to Hiroshima station only 20 minutes tram ride. Staff is extremely

Beautiful hotel with afternoon tea and snacks available daily. The location is excellent—right in the city, within walking distance to almost everything, and very close to the train station. The rooms were a bit small, but that's typical for most hotels in Japan. The place was neat, and the staff was amazing.
The only downside: I was charged 10,000 yen for checking out just 30 minutes late, which...
It was a very nice hotel, I enjoyed the room even if bit small. Perfect location.
Very good location, near restaurants and convenience store.welcome drinks available.car parking is available need extra fee.
Firstly the hotel did not give us a room on the floor indicated. Supposed to be 8-16 we were given 7, when we asked about it the counter person just kept saying sorry, full. After much deliberation he gave us 18 floor but it was a smoking room. I had to lodge a complaint to TRIP before he finally gave us an 11th floor non smoking. This is very bad service. 2ndly hotel carpark had a height limit which...
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima's busiest pedestrian street, making shopping and dining very convenient. Although the breakfast restaurant isn't particularly spacious, the variety of dishes is excellent and they taste delicious. This hotel offers great value for money.

Location is good just nearby JR station, easy to reached. That’s some convenient store and restaurant around, also Aeon supermarket. Staff are nice and Japanese style breakfast included, also there’s free drink concern at the night time, that’s good for us!
I've been a long-time Super customer, and I stayed at this Yonago hotel last year, so I know it well.
It's right outside the station. Perhaps because I checked in late, not only were the optional pillows sold out, but even the lotion was gone.
However, the TV system seemed upgraded compared to last year, the breakfast was as good as ever, and I also enjoyed the onsen (hot spring).
The hotel is visible from the train station. Like other luxury hotels, room access is done with a password. Besides dinner, the hotel has a large public bath, but since there's only one, it can only be used by men and women at separate times. Complimentary drinks are provided in the evening, which is a nice touch. Breakfast offers a variety of choices to suit individual preferences and is quite simple...
I actually arrived quite late at around 11.35pm since my train just arrived 5 minutes prior. It's an easy walk from the station since the hotel logo is well lit. Reception seemed abit too eager to see me arrive haha. I would caution against arriving any later since when I went to the ground floor for the hotspring, the reception was closed (with the blinds fully down).

The location is very convenient, just opposite Yonago Station!
The service is pretty good, there is a small public hot spring, men and women use the same bath, but the usage time is staggered and different, so be careful.
The bath is relatively small and very full! There are only 4 bathing positions, but there are more than a dozen lockers, so you may have to wait.
The breakfast time is very early...
Although the room has a large bed and bunk bed, it does not allow three people to stay, so you have to think for yourself when checking in! The front desk was very strict and I had to pay for an extra room immediately! The right people have rules, and children don't allow them. The breakfast was delicious, the location was great, and the bathroom was clean.
For those who are going to Saijo Brewery, this is the best place. The breakfast is delicious, it's clean, and the large bath is also satisfactory.
The location is great. It's perfect for a place to stay within walking distance of the October Sake Festival.
The room was clean and spacious, and there was a sofa and table where I could work.
I had a nice bath in the large public bath and was able to relieve my fatigue.

Amazing location, was easy to walk from the station and then really close to all the key attractions in the city. Onsen was brilliant and super clean. Staff and service were great.
This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. The establishment is clean and conveniently located, approximately a ten-minute walk from Okayama Station, offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. Guests will find themselves with abundant choices. The room size is adequate, however, the check-in process lacks flexibility.
Nice hotel.
Walking distance to JR station n AEON mall.
Hotel parking 1000yen per day just beside.
Acceptable room size.
The hotel's location is excellent; it's an easy walk with no obstacles along the way. Plus, there's a drugstore right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Its a rather atandard 3-4 star business hotel. What stood out was that the front desk went out of way to make my 2 young girls aged 6 and 8 feel entertained by taking out their robot mascot for them to play with during check in. Facilities are, as expected, quite scant. But rooms are comfortable and things inside work, though a bit worn - this suits us a family of 4 just fine.
I booked the cheapest "random room type" and arrived a little past 2 PM, just before check-in. They kindly gave me a super spacious king room with a balcony ahead of time! It's very close to the station, about a 5-minute walk. Across the street from the hotel, on the second floor, there's an izakaya with delicious fried chicken wings!
However, if you're uncomfortable with a mirror facing the bed...
Love this hotel! Location is just far enough from the station and the madness but still close enough for a short walk. The rooms are spacious, pharmacy/mini mart open late downstairs, and the lovely Koraku scent that fills the lobby is wonderful. My favorite place to stay if it’s available.

Good hotel. Good location. Everything about it was nice! Cheers
The room was generally clean although there were a couple stains on the couch. The room was quiet which was a plus after a long day of sightseeing. Some of the facilities are a bit old, there is some weird smell from the room. The ventilation system is central air conditioning/ heater, the air conditioning may be a bit insufficient during hot days. Windows are available. However, there may be noises and people yelling from the bars nearby.
Good clean hotel very accessible.
They were happy to store my luggage for me before check-in.
The room I checked into smelled very bad, so I tried running the air purifier at full power, but it didn't help. I spoke to the front desk and they quickly changed my room, which I was grateful for.
However, the room also started to smell bad over time, but I was able to sleep by running the air purifier and spraying some deodorizing spray
Staff don’t understand English. What ever you request such as additional pillow , you need to self collect at counter. But the staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. Gave a cheerful smile whenever they spoke to customers.
The size and configuration of the room definitely meet the needs, and the clean beds and bathroom are also great!

It was clean and I had a relaxing bathing break, and I also enjoyed the free movies. I love the quality of the amenities at APA Hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the one who could often hear the cough from the next room.
