The rooms were okay, service was good. There is a bakery at the lobby :) Nearyby the nearest FamilyMart was about 5mins walk away. To the shopping area, you will have to walk quite a distance.

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined. Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though… Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only

You only need to bring yourself; you don't need to bring any toiletries. The hotel provides everything you need. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very attentive and provide service with a genuine desire to help.

The price is quite high, but since it is Easter season and very near JR Station. Breakfast not included in the room price. Onsen is quite big with indoor n outdoor pool. The staff are nice and you can get your toiletry at lobby including coffee bag.

The room was generally clean although there were a couple stains on the couch. The room was quiet which was a plus after a long day of sightseeing. We didn't use the onsen - but thought it was a good amenity to have on site. Having no idea why there are so many 5-star reviews. The location is good but that’s it. The room gives cheap and not-really-clean vibes. My skin was itchy after one night on these sheets. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle right downstairs. High-speed rail, subway, and tram stops are all just a 3-5 minute walk away. Shopping and dining at the mall are also very easy. The mall even has a Pokémon Center and a 24-hour supermarket on the second floor. The room facilities are quite new, and the check-in and check-out process at the lobby was excellent.

They helped us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.

I was tricked on the price as they don't post their after tax prices. The room are nice and the bathroom are not too small. Rooms lack the space for luggage and organizing. They may strongly suggest you to get a membership with them. Breakfast at least is included in the price. But, it is very busy that you can't eat and go.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel. Follow the signs for Aeon, go through the underground shopping mall, and exit at the Ximen Pharmacy exit. Turn left and walk for about 2 minutes. Turn right at the zebra crossing, and you'll see the hotel. It's an established brand, but very clean, with large, renovated rooms! Very comfortable! The hotel staff are very polite!

Since my check-in time was late and the date was about to change, I called before heading out, but they said "Any time is fine" and I was very relieved because I was getting anxious about not being able to catch a taxi. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. I had plans in the morning and didn't have time to go to the bakery attached to the hotel, so I hope to use their services again...

Used for business purposes. The first parking lot fills up quickly, but there is a third parking lot so a large number of cars can be parked. The rooms are also clean and good. There is no large public bath or hot spring, but the price is cheap so it is not a problem at all. I would like to use it again.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. I choose this hotel for 2 reasons. One is its nice breakfast. In particular, the smoothie is the best of the best. You have to try it. The other is , they are close to the station.

The hotel staff is very friendly & the room is clean, I love their quality coffee, one of the best I had in Japanese hotels. Among the best 3 stars hotel I stayed in Japan so far. The front counter service staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. Location is quite central and a close walk to Atomic Bomb  Dome, Peace Garden and museum. Also, very convenient to get to Hotel and back to Hiroshima Station via street car 1, 2 & 6. I've been a long-time Super customer, and I stayed at this Yonago hotel last year, so I know it well. It's right outside the station. Perhaps because I checked in late, not only were the optional pillows sold out, but even the lotion was gone. However, the TV system seemed upgraded compared to last year, the breakfast was as good as ever, and I also enjoyed the onsen (hot spring).

It was very good for business trip. There was a free onsen for relaxing. I stayed for a week and realised that every morning breakfast's changed. It's nice for us to give a try many traditional japanese breakfast.

Its a rather atandard 3-4 star business hotel. What stood out was that the front desk went out of way to make my 2 young girls aged 6 and 8 feel entertained by taking out their robot mascot for them to play with during check in. Facilities are, as expected, quite scant. But rooms are comfortable and things inside work, though a bit worn - this suits us a family of 4 just fine.

I booked the cheapest "random room type" and arrived a little past 2 PM, just before check-in. They kindly gave me a super spacious king room with a balcony ahead of time! Love this hotel! Location is just far enough from the station and the madness but still close enough for a short walk. The rooms are spacious, pharmacy/mini mart open late downstairs, and the lovely Koraku scent that fills the lobby is wonderful. My favorite place to stay if it’s available.

Some of the facilities are a bit old, there is some weird smell from the room. The ventilation system is central air conditioning/ heater, the air conditioning may be a bit insufficient during hot days. Windows are available. However, there may be noises and people yelling from the bars nearby.

They were happy to store my luggage for me before check-in. The room I checked into smelled very bad, so I tried running the air purifier at full power, but it didn't help. I spoke to the front desk and they quickly changed my room, which I was grateful for. However, the room also started to smell bad over time, but I was able to sleep by running the air purifier and spraying some deodorizing spray

Staff don’t understand English. What ever you request such as additional pillow , you need to self collect at counter. But the staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. Gave a cheerful smile whenever they spoke to customers.

The room is of standard size, in good sanitary condition, with complete basic facilities. The location is quite convenient. Although it takes a few minutes to walk from Okayama Station, it is just a straight walk from the Okayama Castle exit and is also close to the tram station.
